DHallo to everyone, Im here few months and till now I was only reading xda.
I was try to install cyanogen mod from stock recovery and after that I cannot turn on my device.
Also I cannot see sd card/internal and I get some message cant acces /system/csc/AUT/system
Im very sad because I was buy device today.
16gb version. Sorry for my bad english. I wanna know do I can resolve this problem :/

Ok I had the latest 1.61 update (I think that was the version), followed the instructions at
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Dream_Rooting
To the letter however now I am thinking that I have a rogers dream.
I downgraded to rc 29 and followed the directions flashing with CyanogenMod 4.2.12.2
When booting I get stuck at the g1 boot screen, going into bootloader mode looks different than before instead of the colors I get three android icons at the bottom on a skateboard and in a yellow line says serial IO.
I'm kinda lost at this point can anyone help? I pray I didn't brick my phone.
I'm pretty new to Android, recently switched from WM. Be gentle...
can u go into recovery mode? home + phone button

oops, sorry about the section...I know better than that =( I can access recovery mode. Problem is that sd card is no longer recognized by computer =( Was hoping there was something stupid and small I missed but looks like I'll need to get a new sd card and re-flash update to original.
Are you able to go to recovery console if yes go to recovery console and flash the rom again.
sounds like u killed ur sd card :-x and your sd card is exactly what was allowing the rom to boot... it was a hero rom wasnt it lol
nevermind i reread your post...doesnt sound like a cyan caused problem....but cyanogen requires you to flash something before u flash his newer stuff...you should pay attention to BaconMod's stuff
Did you flash the 1.6OTA update from HTC that is required first?
Well Looks like I killed the sd card somehow. I put the sd card into my camera and back into my phone and works fine now...go figure.

Hello everyone. I have a question. Can I flash the recovery image (whether CWM or anything else) and also the Roms from within the phone without using a PC.
The problem is I don't have access to a PC (all my laptop usb connections got fried) and I have an HTC Hero. I just download whatever I want to the SD card and flash it without the need for a PC. I wonder if that is possible?
I got T-mobile Tab a couple of days ago. I rooted it and I got Rom Manager. But after I reboot in recovery, I get the verification error.
So, can I do this without the so-called Odin or Heimdall?

if you got the CWM work on your tab so probably yes u can do so , u just need to download the rom and read the discretion given by the dev and flash it via cwm
but
there is always a need of odin , in case u stuck or something ,
and also its depend about the dev is made it to be flashed by odin or cwm .

I just bought my RAZR i, i unlocked the bootloader and rooted my phone, and now i'm wondering if there is some trouble with this first release because i can't move application to my SD card, is there some tips i have to know?
And second question, how to show all files while connecting my phone with USB link?

hi guys new here, so a few days ago i was trying to unroot and reload the stock rom bakc onto my phone to sell it but for somereason ( dont know what i did im now stuck with the phone with no OS on the phone. i can get into bootloader and all that jazz but everything ive been trying just doesnt work . hopefully someone on here can help and explain it in simple enough terms. also the pc wont let me get into the internal storage so i cant even put CM11 back on the phone.

can you check the Frequently Asked Question sticky page 3 on how to get a ROM onto your phone. (adb push, sideload or otg cable)

Hello. I have a Razr I was about 2 years and a few days ago he's stucking when I receive any call , open the Gallery , hear audio on Whatsapp or seeing any video. Memory full 'm sure it's not. I've done the recovery ROM to the original, already installed the KTR and another ROM , but all the same problem happens. If anyone can help me , I will be very grateful. Thanks!

If u even tried with a stock rom without any data in it. So completely new and empty rom, there may be a problem somewhere in the emmc. If that is true, nothing i know of can help u.
Maybe a wipe/format of everything can work?
