hi guys, i today create a new boot animation for all android phone that is awesome!!!
and you must download it to see how i change xda to xperia!!!

How To Install:
1. dl bootanimation.zip and replace it with system/media/bootanimation.zip ( use root explorer )
2. change the permissionns to:
rw-
r--
r--
3. reboot too see:laugh:

Hey guys, I came across this boot animation originally made for the Nexus 5 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KtAcw6rRFQ0 and immediately fell in love with it.
Credits of course to the original creator.
So here is my Xperia version, enjoy!
Compatible with all 1080p Xperia phones on any ROM.
Preview:
Installation:
Flash the attached Xperia_Google_Boot_Animation_V2_Drummerjed.zip file in recovery, simples.
Or to install it manually: download the attached bootanimation.zip, copy it to /system/media using Root Explorer or similar and overwrite when prompted. Lastly change the permissions to rw- r-- r-- then reboot.
To revert back to the stock boot animation, flash the Stock_Xperia_Boot_Animation_Drummerjed.zip file in recovery.
If you like it then a press of the Thanks button is always appreciated!

Any chance you can have it similar to the video? like say the Sony Logo first then "Xperia" when it starts going around?
This is original bootanimation of xperia z2.
if you want to use it in your device
TAKE BACKUP OF YOUR DEVICE BOOTANIMATION.ZIP
0.install image resizer
1.extract bootanimation.zip
2.Resize all images to your custom resolution, delete original images.
3.open desc.txt and and enter your mobile resolution(replace "1080 1920" by your mobile resolution)
4.open desc.txt_cust with notepad , here also enter your mobile resolution(replace "1080 1920" by your mobile resolution.)
5.now zip everything and select COMPRESSION METHOD TO STORE.and name it as bootanimation.zip
now copy bootanimation to you system/media
and set permission to rw- r-- r--
shutdown device and power on.

So how and where do i put the boot animation files as the .zip is not flashable?
1. open "Root Explorer". Accept any Superuser requests.
2. Navigate to where you downloaded the "bootanimation.zip" file. Copy (or cut) it.
3. Navigate as far up as you can into your root directory, and then Goto /system/media/, mount it in r/w mode.
4. Paste your "bootanimation.zip" file or replace it into /system/media/ (it must be named bootanimation.zip)
5. Change permissions as below. >>> rw- r-- r-- <<<
6. Reboot and enjoy!
