how to used??
i copy this bootanimation.zip to system/cuztomize/resource, but when i paste this file, it can't replace the previous bootanimation.zip..
is there another way?

Rename the first boot animation. Then copy the new one.

There isn't any shutdown animation. Make a duplicate and rename like for shutdown animation.
