I work at a bakery. All kinds of ingredients are floating around and even get into my pockets. I had a epic 4g touch and had alot of issues with my charging port messing up until i got trident case with the port covers. I don't want my note 2 to suffer the same fate. Bulk or weight isn't an issue so long as my ports get protected.

I had one of thos for my e4gt. It did the trick. The one I went with is ok. I busted a corner off the first few weeks I had it but havent broke anything since and my phone goes everywhere I do.

It looks like tpu, but hard material, not gel kind.

Nah... This is totally different.
Incipio feather only protect the back side, and it is made from hard plastic, and very thin.

All defenders come with one built in. Wouldn't think it would interfere, but just do like I do and pull the protector out. It's just glued in so you can just push it out. I hate screen protectors.

I have the defender for my ipad, I ripped the protector out and used Goo-Gone to remove the sticky stuff. Worked great.

I have seen the s-pen work thru cardboard, I dont think the case screen protector is going to be an issue.

Cardboard and yes it works. The sensors change depending on the S Pen proximity. OG note could do this trick to btw. Samy found out it was reliable and made the hover feature from it. So throw 6 protectors on. Still works.

Also, would the Galaxy Note Defender case from otterbox for Note 1 work or fit note 2? Just out of curiosity because it seems for pictures that the dimmensions may just work but I'm no expert...

Overall the fit of the case is really good, fits as good as my oem one. Everything clicks into place.
The carbon fibre immitation weave looks good, its made up of plastic. It kinda reminds me of a wicker basket pattern.
The texture feels alot grippier than stock case and has a matte finish to it.
What about NFC? And does it come in other colors?

I saw this listed on EBay and now that I see what it looks like installed, I may get one myself. I'll bet it would look sweet with a black aluminum bumper case too! My only concern is if it's thicker than the original cover. The bumper cases are a pretty tight fit.
I don't have any calipers to measure it but it feels real slim. At a guess it may be like 1mm thicker but minimal.
I haven't tried removing my stock nfc as I don't use it so can't answer your question

If you purchase it leave a note and we will send you 6 instead of 3. Though we haven't done a long term test, the decal hasnt come off and Ive had it on my note 2 since it launched. These are made from high quality vinyl thats used on cars and boats. I think it should have no problem withstanding your pocket.
Hey guys looking for some help on finding a full body flip case for my phone. I have found a few on ebay but I want to know what you guys recommend. I dont like the OEM ones cause they dont protect at all and all others dont look like they will absorb the shock or/and the top and bottoms are exposed
