How to de-odex a rom ?

Hey guys .
I´m trying to de-odex JM8 with xUltimate 2.2.1 but i´m gettin an error.
can somebody help / explain me how to de-odex on this/another method ?

It is saying that already exists a folder or a file called deodexed_JAR and deoxed_APK or something like this ...

When deodexing for themeing purposes, all I need to have de-odexed is the framework right?
Not all my apps and such?

I want change mz Gn for new one because i have a screen issue with color banding,,so i need to unroot my device.
Can somebody tell me where to find tutorial for that?

Hi! I'm struggling with this one, used few methods found on internet, but none have worked... I even tried to delete system dir from rom and put mine instead, but guess what... it didn't worked! I'm getting so frustrated over this one, can anyone help me please?

Modifying Transition animation

I need some guides for how to modify the animation in check button.
