Hello everyone!
This is the port of JoyOS ROM, an iOS clone ROM by some Chinese developers. This ROM is based on CM7.2 latest nightly build.
Features:-
iOS User Interface
and the rest of CM7.2 features like rotation animation, smooth UI, CyanogenMod settings etc etc...
Working:-
Whatever works on CM7.2
Not Working:-
Whatever doesn't work on CM7.2

Installation Steps:-
Extract the boot.img from the zip file
Flash the kernel via fastboot
Go to the recovery and wipe everything
Flash the downloaded zip file
Reboot
Wait eagerly for successful boot!

Well, that worked! But there is no way to solve the problem on the Arc? So that the apps show up on my mobile Google Play store?

Battery life is same as CM7.
And about the icons, I'll give it a try..

Thanks! I've seen other screenshots about JoyOS on other phones and they have the same icons of the iOS, that's why I asked xD
Do you confirm Camcorder not working btw? Anything else not working?

Even it was a very fast and smooth ROM, battery still too bad, with Airplane mode ON, Wifi, BT OFF and brightness minimum, my Arc last just 20 hours, it was 4 days with original Sony GB 2.3.4 and about 3 days with original Sony ICS 4.0.4.

Camcorder is not working with High Definition, it works with Low Definition. And too bad some application (like Tweetdeck) do not work on this ROM.

1. Download CM7.2
2. Flash the boot.img inside it
3. Install CM7.2 from sdcard (optional) (I usually prefer to install the base before the rom but it is not necessary
4. Download JoyOs and introduce it in your sdcard. Reboot into recovery
5. Install JoyOS from sdcard.

you can install it from any custom recovery twrp or cwm

Thanks for the rom, seems to be running just as good as stock. I even have just the same problem as with stock, it's only gallery that misbehave and fc so far.

Hani, i like your work but please remove the cracked version of root explorer. Its not ok, this is a great app and the guy (or girl) who built it deserves to get payed. Plus i wouldnt like to loose one of the few devs we have for our device only because he uses cracked apps.

It's a very fast Rom. Much faster that ics. First thing I noticed. Many bugs though. No mini apps. Calendar doesn't load properly on week view. I'm not a fan of the new s note because you can't auto hide the tool bar or the side scroll bar. I use s note in portrait mode with the tool bar hidden so it basically looks like a clean sheet of paper. Now, with the tool bar and scroll bar displayed all the time it's actually reduced the size of the screen I can write on. That's not a bug though. It's just the new s note. I would have liked to have tried the new multitasking split screen but that doesn't work either. Anyway, I'm back to ics. The s note change for me is a real problem. What's the point of having a note taking app if you can't use the whole screen? I hope that's not the final version!

but i am not able to do setup
every time it comes to startup screen as soon as i click next (that triangle) it stops process
while thats not new in cm 11 i used to get around by pulling down notification, clicking on date for calender and login to gmail account> error > connect wifi> try again> got it
not going to wifi screen here

nevermind, rmoved sim card, connected wifi
just cannt connect gogle server by wifi or 3g

My friend Brokn.Down is already working on an Unofficial CM7 ROM, also sachoosaini said that the ROM is completely just like the CM7 nightlies build, and you just used to cm7 nightlies as base...
P.S Brokn.Down got the sources in order to make the unofficial cm7, so I'm going to use that as the new base of my UB ROM

well i want to report something else. this ROM has a great feature by itself. i already partitioned my sd card with ext4 and its about 1 gb. well this ROM has a unique feature it itself pick the ext4 as internal memory of phone to i don't need to use any MTD partition or APP2SD scripts. well i have a 1 gb of installation under storage in the settings. it worth a setting.
and the last thing there is some sort of issue came with the lockscreen. before the lockscreen was working properly.but today phone start bypassing it. i tried my level best to set it back. even with multiple reinstall and clean installs i am unable to get lockscreen. i once had this problem with the jellybread. but reinstall make it gone. all o have to say this can be used as porting new ROMS. :good:
solved the lockscreen bug. well don't know how on earth the lockscreen bug has vanised. I again downloaded the ROM and installed it along with GAPPS. Now not sure whether the gapps solved the locksceen or again downloading the ROM solved the prob.

Hi guys i just found this on the chinese Flyme Site and downloaded it. It is very stable runs without any problems but i set animations to 0.5x cuz 1x was too slow
it has almost no bugs instead of some delays when opening apps. just watch the video u will understand what i mean. u can also get a basic look of the rom in the video.

Hi guys i just found this on the chinese Flyme Site and downloaded it. It is very stable runs without any problems but i set animations to 0.5x cuz 1x was too slow
it has almost no bugs instead of some delays when opening apps. just watch the video u will understand what i mean. u can also get a basic look of the rom in the video.

On miui chrome and Netflix both didn't work. If someone confirm both work here then I'll move to it right now.

i Confirm chome works but i netflix cant test.

Its work for me, install supersu first, then untick "mount separation blablabla" in the Supersu, then reboot, try again

Can't flash
When I try to flash this ROM it says "can't mount *blah blah blah* device or resource busy" after that it gives me error code 7
TWRP 2.8.1.0 and 3.x.x(I don't remember exactly)

it uses a simple camera. its flyme OS own camera i think

ok. thanks it worked! yet if i clean flash 5.1.6 the settings will crash and i was not able to use phone as it wont let me to the next step.
i flashed older version and updated to newest. thats how i avoided the problem.
one last thing... how do i enable root? i cant seem to find any option. Also i cant install supersu because it fails.
i just nneed Viper4android inside my phone.

nevermind. i found it. located at security tab

thanks for this rom . its prefect replace of Miui since Miui for S3 is porting on old Kit Kat and seems like S3 not even get Miui 8
