I found a link for that, but it is a launcher (as an APK file)
Type TouchWiz 3.0 Port From Samsung Galaxy Europa and Galaxy Fit MadTeam on Google (It means there's a launcher like that).

if you use any cm7 rom you can use touchwizz theme and touchwizz launcher.

[ROM][PORT] TouchWiz-Resurrection V8.0

Hi guys, im back with another port. This time ive ported from Ace-i S5830i, not SGY. This rom contains a perfect TW5 theme and smoothnes. It has some UI bugs coz of resolution. Our device is ldpi(240x320) but Ace-i is mdpi(320x480) so there is some stuff that doesnt fit to the screen.
Introduction :
Touchwiz-Resurrection is a stock-based ROM whose purpose is to
give Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i users the best touchwizUX experience they have ever had.
The ROM has almost every touchwizUX possible features. Every thing is designed on Touchwiz5+ Style. Original Ace-i thread is here

Installation:
Install stock rom from Odin.(this isnt necessary. But if u flash stock rom first, ull have a better performance, so i recommend it.)
Download all files n copy to SD card.
Go to Recovery n flash CWM.
Go to mounts and storage n mount all then format all except sd card n sd-ext.
Go back n wipe data cache then mount data and cache.
Install zip from sd>choose zip from sd>TW Resurrection V7.1
Ull see the Aroma Installer. Always press next n accept the agreement. Dont choose reboot after installation.
After installation mount all then flash TWR V8 Update n Update Fix.
Go back n mount all then install Cyanus 1.6 n Fix Accelerometer.
After all reboot the phone.
BUGS:
Statusbar toggeles doesnt fit.
USB Mount Storage screen doesnt fit.
Calculator doesnt fit. Pull down to see numbers n result.
Maybe some other UI bugs.
Settings force close when tap on mobile data or long press data toggle.
OK this is enough i think lol

of course. look at the ss. pngs need to be resized but i dont know how to do that some help would be good

You're right, since Galaxy Mini is an old phone with low-end specs & all that,
many devs of Mini these days not active anymore so it's up to you if
you want to port them, learn it by yourself dude.

I extracted the rom and found that Its just CM rom with touchwiz theme applied. So I don't think there is a need of porting it..
I will upload the necessary apks , just install them and apply theme using CM theme manager..

Original Rom is CM11 [I themed status bar] with NLauncer 2 Material Design and Themed is CM11 with S5 Theme Applied and galaxy launcher..:good:
This may slow down your phone, I suggest to theme the framework and apps of the rom[Long process] ..

I ported this rom[ [CM10.1][S4 UI]Touchwiz Revolutionised 5.0 v3.0 ] from Ace to Mini , but developer of that rom didn't reply for my request..
I have the rom but i can't upload..
Camera was colorful and super fine.. Rom was smooth.. :good:
Its framework is completely themed to look like S4.. no need of additional theming apps... Anyone try to port , resize and publish by requesting the original developer..

There's no theming engine. You can only change the icons in the launcher.

on kk it's the same but i can change the theme include system icons by using hkthememanager wich is a xposed module only the homescreen is not affected.
