[Q] lockscreen and pattern

I'm tired off drawing my secret pattern eachtime that i turn the screen off. I saw on a friend's Milestone2 that Ms2 let's its owner to use lockscreen and 9dots together. So, the 9dots or password is activated, let's say 30sc-2mn-5mn, after the normal lockscreen (android, rotary, epic, glass..) is activated.
Is it possible to have this feature on SGS??

I think it isn't possible and you can only use one the pattern or the lockscreen.

[Q] Nfc on screen off or with locked screen

There seems to be modded Nfc apk's for reading tags while screen off or on locked screen.
Can this be done on the Razr i (the modded apk's for other phone don't work).
I would like to read tags while on locked screen. Can anybody do this?

I don't have the answer but I'm like you. I would like a way to have NFC working on lockscreen (but not on screen off )
And if someone find a way to change the default sound while scanning a tag, it would be great !

You don't need any modified apks for using nfc in lock screen (only screen must be on) . For me it works with widget locker. I didn't like the behavior of widget locker not reporting the locked state to system (when i was using tasker this was unwanted in some cases), now i like widget locker for this behavior!

Seems like a possibility, but then you have no security like PIN code, pattern or faceunlock I'd rather choose security over comfort

For security (privacy) I'm using Visidon applock (face recognition). It locks specific apps with private content (sms, email etc.)
And I have an anti theft software running. But I hope I never need it.
Usually I watch out for my phone and Visidon helps against prying eyes.

NFC on screenoff and lockscreen

Hi,
is there any work in progress for a apk to turn on NFC at screenoff and lockscreen? Like they exist for other android phones already.
best woukd be to have three options when to use NFC:
screen off
lock screen
unlocked

NFC on screenoff and lockscreen - HTC One

I installed the NFC on screenoff and lockscreen for HTC one stock.
NFC is still working but not when lockscreen on nor screen is off.
I double checked and the nfc.apk is correctly pushed (today's date)
Any idea which version to take for Stock rom (rooted)
It seems that there is no other way to accomplish this or at least didn't found it over the web.

Hi All,
Does anybody know if there is any option for N5 owners to use NFC stickers or cards as mouse or scrolling feature. Basically what I am thinking is a case with NFC tag for N5 that can do operations like quick notification , scroll on apps, clear notification or double tap actions etc ?!? Is this possible or am i missing something... Can NFC tags detect touch or pressure ?!
