What do you do when you're stressed?

Hi guys! I always find myself stressed especially at the end of the day, sometimes it makes it hard to sleep even when I'm tired.
So what's you're stress reliever?

can't say hahaha

1. If im in bed and cant sleep: i eat or watch tv or cant say
2. If i just want to relax and not sleep: i have a beer or 2 or 3 or i play a lot of halo 3 or halo reach and drink some more

You can just sit back and can't say.

A few good beers and some ciggies.

I'm trying to think of something pleasant

I use an app called Brain Soother on the Android Market. It uses bianural sounds (two, different sound, frequencies in each ear) and it helps me relax. When I get a migraine, getting stressed out even further makes it so much worse. This seems to help. Also, naps. Allot of them

Just getting home from work is usually enough. My landlords kids and the neighbours cat usually give me a warm welcome
What's stressing you out OP? Perhaps a game like L4D would be a good way to blow off steam? Nothing focuses the mind better than being attacked by zombies and having to fight to stay alive

How hard can it be? Swing stick at ball until it goes in the hole....

Reminds me of why I no longer play golf...
When I was a young lad of 18, I my immediate family and my uncle went to this resort in the neck of the woods. There's nothing much to do there, and since my uncle has a set of golf clubs and there's a driving range...
So we went driving. As I swung, one ball after another, one of the swings connected wrongly (or correctly, if you derive your joy from other's misery) and the ball bounced towards me. Completely ignoring God's warning sign that I should stop, I kept hitting. The last swing connected soooo wrongly that the ball bounced up. For a brief moment, my testicles were intimately, and speedily, acquainted with the golf ball.
Needless to say, I have yet to play golf since that incident.

I like golf and I'm playing casually whenever I get the chance but not a lot of my friends (none to be honest) shares the same interest I have for this sport.
Snoocer and golf are the two sports I like to play when I want to be calmed and concetrated

its very fun and fun to drink and play plus alot of my friends play and its a good way to get away from home and kids if u have any. but my son is 15 months and he has plastic clubs and thinks he is a pro lol!

These threads pop up from time to time but never seem to last.
I think OT needs an established musician oriented thread.
To answer your question, I dabble with a few instruments and some electronic gear. I don't really get enough time to sit and properly work on anything these days though.
Truth is id much rather be mixing someone elses tracks than recording my own.
Maybe that's how I should spend my weekend off.

If money is not an issue try to always go for treatment of conservative nature i.e. try to get the RCT redone!! If the tooth is a third molar then extraction is the best course in my humble opinion ..

Playstation 3

I bought the very first ps3 for $600.00 on release day..it was good to me up until about a year ago maybe a lil longer. needless to say I just bought a brand new one and got MW3 last night. that game obviously is sick lol..anyways I been out of the gamer world for quite sometime, if you have a ps3 what are some must have games? and also has anyone installed yellow dog OS, if so how smooth is it?

MW3 is the CoD where people are finally realizing how rehashed the game is. I had people in Kmart all night talking about how it is essentially just a map pack for MW2. They even reused buildings from CoD4. Lolololol

you can install linux,mac, or windows on ps3...but sony had an OS speciffically developed for ps3 called yellow dog u can dl it free online or buy the dvd to install it!

lol I was in game stop last night, it was packed with people..there were two high schoolers in front of me and I asked em "whats up with all the people in here?" they both looked at me like I was crazy and my gf was like leave em alone you know why everyones here! we all had a good laugh.

Yup, they've got my trapped for good now. At least until the day comes when I can afford to purchase a phone without a contract or suffer through having the same phone for a whole 3 years... which will never happen!

For a pure google galaxy nexus to work on sprint and for them to have it,
