More 1.4 hold back to kill app?

In cm7, there is a setting for this, but here, I can't find it. Please don't say: install cm7, it's better! I like this rom. Discontinued, but it's still my favourite.

more rom is based on stock rom so i don't think that option existe, am not sure
is up to you to play more with your rom....

i searched for it too but no solution (except using other rom or using "longpress home->tasks->kill task" technique)

I have installed CM11 jenkins rom on galaxy gt-s5570. Can I install lenovo k900/galaxy s4,s3,note 3/lenovo vibe z system ui in it? If yes then how?
