I used to be a samsung galaxy s3 user but yesterday I switched to sony xperia T. I think this phone is great but I can't seem to find following two functions or anything similar like that...
its os version is 4.04 and the questions are,
1. Call blocker: S3 call blocker has got "whitelist" settings. I only allow few numbers and block the rest. Is there any default app that does that or should I look for an ap in play market?
2. Motion Sensor: In galaxy S3 I turned on the sensors and that way I can just flip the phone to mute any sound and alerts (which includes incoming calls, alarm, and pause audio and video).
How can I do that with xperia T?

For both you should look on the market. The are some apps that can so that.
But for call blocker you would probably need root

There is an app called flip silent. Not sure about call blocker apps as I've never used them!

I just returned my xperia and got meself a new galaxy s3. it seems I can't do without those 2 features. I know it sounds weird but I just find those features very handy.
It was a 24 hours ride with sony which didn't end well. lol

Some times the sound is not enough for me because in my work is a lot noise, I change it to vibration on my gear, but this action silence my note, somebody know is is possible vibration and sound on gear or vibration on gear and sound on note?

I would also like this but for now I changed the ringtone to a loud one same as my phone ...ringtone is lmfao everybody's shuffling lol ... Really loud

I did the same thing.
Just wanted to give an fyi that Xposed Framework and Wanam are working on MJA. I haven't tested everything but the options I personally use are all working.

Here are all the Xposed Modules I use: Wanam, Disable Samsung Lockscreen Notifications, Maximize Widgets, Notification Mod, Snapshare and XHaloFloatingWindow.... anyone use any of those (obviously we know Wanam works) but for all the others it'd be nice to know before I make the jump to MJA. Still on Sac's v7.1!

Could use a little help, I am looking for some of the mods that can be done with out flashing a new ROM.
I am new to samsung (HTC from day one) and am trying to get up to speed on my new s4 .

Were/are Xposed mods not supposed to be working with MJA? I've been using Wanam and a few others for weeks now with absolutely no problem - maybe it's just what mods/options I'm using haha?

Yes. Just had an issue where it froze at the end of the call and then rebooted without even saving the convo.

I had this issue on MF9 as well.

Try search...
Easiest option is to just cover speaker. Other try null rom (I made modded cam, but only works for old firmware)
After the latest update everything is working perfect, but a lost snapchat and the camera sound.
All notification sounds and touch feedback sound are still there.
So I guess there is a way to switch the sound on and off.

Yes, it was figured out how to mute the sounds by a few very bright folks here. There is a tool on here you should try called "search". I know of two threads at least where it's covered in great detail.
Since I've updated on kk 4.4.4 the whatsapp audio messages are strange. It's sounds like I'm under water. My voice goes up and down.
How to fix this? Any idea

i have this bug a long time with me, since the .757 version, i searched him a lot of times how to solve him and i don't found nothing, apparently is a bug on sony firmware that they keeped until this last version, my advice is for record the audio by the default android app, and not the default whatsapp recorder when you send an audio for someone, for me sounds a little better but still not 100% :highfive: , my hope was that this last update will solve this bug but apparently not :\, i have an C6943 and i don't know if i can update to the 4.4.4 cause apparently the ftf's released are only for the C6903, but the both models are actually the same thing, the only diference is that the c6943 have digital tv and radio(things that i don't give a shi* to lose), the rest is the same than c6903, i want to update D:

Indeed, its a bug with stock ROM, CM and AOSP. Try to record your voice using any voice recorder and you'll see what I mean.
But I want to use the whatsapp recorder. It's very good quality with this

Has anyone succeeded to get them to work on Xperia Z1? From the thread about intelligent call handling, i installed all 4 apks, including intelligentbacklight, i implemented the smartbacklight in settings menu, but its not working. I noticed that when i change the setting from on to off, the logcat shows warning: datachanged but no participant pkg='com.android.providers.settings' uid=10352. Any ideia how can it be fixed? And about the glove mode, did somebody make a port from Xperia Z2?
We had glove mod on older android version. I don't know why we don't have it now.
And can you explain intelligent backlight.

Well...intelligent backlight is the feature of Xperia Z2, which keeps the screen light on while you looking at it.....similar to the Galaxy series...the devs here successfully ported the smart call features (the gestures whenever you receive a call) but the smart backlight still doesnt work...and about Glove mode....ive had the Z1 since the first release on jelly bean, and ive never had the glove mode

I guess there is no much interest in intelligent backlight from devs.
But I would like to have it in future.

At least can they give me a clue what this warning is about...because the only things left to port from the Z2 are these two, plus the double tap 2 wake, but obviously the last wants a different kernel...lol

To get the glove mode setting just decompile framework-res apk and then modify one of the bools for the glove mode. It's there. If you don't know how then just go into my threads and find multiuser mod. I put 2 easter eggs into it with one being glove mod support. Unfortunately it's not working and it never was. The other easter egg works great though, it's just not that easy to find or realise.
