I recently installed a custom rom on my Samsung galaxy tab 2. The apps like whatsapp and Google talk are not working. They work only on wifi and not on mobile networks.

when i connect my tab to our tv it doesnt read the internal/external memory.. it reads only the 2 choices.. the MTP (media) and PTP (photos) ,... my usb debugging mode is on.. im using CM10.1 4.2.2 .. i think i missed finishing the setup.. i skipped the setuping session of FILE MANAGER.. my other mobiles/devices are working on our tv.. my purpose is.. watching movies i download from my tab.. anyone can help? thanks in advance

Are you sure it's limited to pc to android? As you can control pc from android...

No we cant, those phones have IR blasters built in, our phone does not. If your TV is a smart TV with WiFi you can by using something like "Smart TV Remote Control + DLNA" on the play store
