Hi,
I needed to see some website that have Flash, and I found that my LG4X doesn't have flash player installed. I tried to install from Play Store, but it is not listed. I read that the Flash is not supported any more on 4.1 and 4.2 but should be available for older versions like 4.0, 2.3...
Does someone knows why it's not listed? From what I can see we have Android 4.0.3, in this it should work (on my Samsung Galaxy S1, were I have also Android 4.0.3 I can see flash player in Play Store).
Thanks
searh on xda forum flash player for ics there many people have this kind of things

Or try this. Download the app appbrain from play store and then

And install it. Appbrain is good because it also allows u to install apps that are restricted to countries play store often does not.

Play Store and Adobe flash player are not sharing same planet for some time now...latest update is couple days old...read...read more...and do some more reading before posting, is it hard to do such big effort to look two posts above yours and find latest update. I donĀ“t think so, but still maybe it is?!?!
I don't know why but when I type adobe flash in market the app doesn't come and more over there is no adobe flash player available in play store. I dont know whether it's in my country or in other countries.I swear in my country when I go to play store and type adobe flash player 11 I get no results. But I know we can get it through external links.

Did you read the previous posts? Flash player can't be downloaded from Play Store any more, you'll have to install it manually (from Adobe download site posted 2 posts ago) or via a 3rd party app store (like AppBrain). If you have done so, you can still upgrade it through Google Play Store.
This is how you can download adobe directly from market click on this link

I have Flash Player installed on mine...
I don't know if I need it (never had problems with video) but I have, and I install it from Google Play.
"While Flash Player remains on Google Play for installation on Android devices that are certified by the manufacturer, installing Flash Player on an uncertified device may result in unexpected behavior and can potentially destabilize your device. A list of certified devices can be found at http://www.adobe.com/go/certifieddevices. Flash Player WILL NOT be supported on any device shipped with or upgraded to an Android version beyond Android 4.0.x"
came with flash, check it out in your task manager. otherwise there is flash downloader in play store by madaco.

Adobe removed Flash from Play Store, that's probably why you can't find it.
try to install after login on google play from this link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.flashplayer

First download and install the latest Flash Player version for Android 4.0 from here:
Archived Flash Player versions
You said you already downloaded it so now, you have to activate it in one of the compatible browsers like Firefox, Dolphin... For example, you can't use Chrome because it doesn't support flash.
I use Firefox so I'm going to try to explain you how to use it. Download, install and open Firefox, go to Settings, Display, Plugins and select "Enabled". In others browsers are similar. Now you can navigate and view flash videos on the web.
It is not perfect, native apps work better but is useful sometimes.
I hope this help you
P.S.: This method can be used in all Android 4.0+ devices
From what ive read it all depends on what browser you use
I dont think its compatible with for instance Chrome
you could try Boat Browser i use this as an alternative
Have a read of this i found it very enlightening
