Usually I buy a Sim card when I go elsewhere, so I didn't notice this before.
I was unable to use any data risking with any of the processes in India.I checked settings with OS monitor and all interfaces seen to have no macaddress associated?
Had anyone seen this and may have a fix, workaround?

I've had this happen on a couple other phones but did not know what was sapping my data. Reboot and that should fix it.

First of all excuse me if there is such a threat but couls not find it.
The issue is visible at below snapshots. Sometimes when I go to my apps they all are brightened. I can click on each one but this is annoying! Does anyone faced such issue ?

My service drops in and is usually at 1 bar most of the time and I previously on another phone in this house had 5 bars usually. Can anyone tell me what baseband version I should have? I have this one pictured currently. Using a c6606. Ignore what the model is in the settings.

Indeed. If not running in background you would not receive messages unless you had app running in foreground....
