Sure NOOBY anything and everything you can think of in every platform. In fact i personally tried this one for you. It's tekken 3 special from Sega Genesis. I was going to post from PSX but man those files are huge. I downloaded Medal of Honor Underground. It was 540 MB. Sony does love huge files... Anyway it is still downloading i'll post that too when its finished.

No man that was ony one PSX game, l don't play PSX i just tested. Normally roms are like 1, 2 or at most 3 MB's. The screenshot i posted for you is from a 186 kb game. Yes only 186 kb

Here is Chronos Trigger. As far as the emulator goes I use SNESoid. So i recommend it. But i can't post it, it's a paid app. Just google around. And there are other emulators too of course.

It's a nice bar or what? It's only visible because of the home + power button combination. Comes along whenever you take a screenshot otherwise not there <- i am sure you alreday know this.
Anyway just find a dos emulator to your liking. Not every emulator is good. You need a one with "virtual mouse" option, otherwise you can't play some games.
