I just wanted to ask, if anybody of the Devs in this Forum
could Please make a Tutorial, about how to Port a Rom.
I often tried to Port "WP7 UI" Rom to Galaxy Mini but i always Failed
at the Bootscreen. Rom:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1458227
I ask for this Tutorial, because there arent any Windows Phone Roms in the
Developement Section and this one seems very Good & Stable.
So Please, can anybody make a Tutorial how to Port this Rom right,
so i can Port this Rom ???

Can this brick my phone?
If you make no Mistakes at Porting this cant brick your Phone.
But if you Flash the Ace Rom to your Galaxy Mini then it can Brick.
So, if someone of the Developers can write a Porting Tutorial i will
port this Rom, so you can use it on your Galaxy Mini.

Yes, but this Tutorial hasnt worked out for me.
I tried to Port the WP7 and the Lewa Rom with this tutorial,
but it crashed at the Bootscreen.
By the Way,do somebody know, how to resize the Framework res.apk ???

Extract drawable-mdpi/hdpi out of framework-res.apk and resize every png

I did it! The Rom is Booting, and Works pretty Good.
Sometimes it Reboots, but it isnt nasty.
I used Feras.Rehman's Tutorial and Resized the Framework.

Everything went fine and working good, now i require some features from you guys ! please please help me
1. i need to overclock my cpu which is the best app, (i have tried cpu set, but its showing 300mhz to 1000mhz only) (any other reason to increase max cpu frequency ?)
2. i heard Zeus 6.39 is till date best custom rom ! currently my version is V20E ! can i install this ? (pls show me any link how to install)
3. or else an other rom that i can get Android ICS/Jelly Bean ?

I used the 6.3n based. had no prob whatsoever and you wont regret it. just make sure u did backup in cwm, and the necessary wipe. update to latest 6.39n from huexx blog after u flash

the easiest way to do is
1. install ROM Manager from Play Store.
2. open the app
3. choose install rom from sd
4. make sure to check all the box that pop up (backup,wipe data,cache)
5. click ok and allow it to boot into recovery and automatically run the process

Install clockworkmod in ROM Manager first. I think it is the first option

I think u should first flash CWM recovery. In ROM Manager app, on the first line, hit the "Flash CWM recovery" then it will say current version of CWM that u have. Thats a message indicate that u have install the CWM recovery. with that, should be no prob to flash rom with this app from sd card. Not necessarily to have the premium version of rom manager. free version will do the job.

On this guide find "Install Custom ROM's" section ... All you need to know is in this guide !!!

I actually followed this custom rom porting guide (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1908008) by rishabh.raj37 (by the way i would like to thank him very much) step by step and I managed to port xperia z5 rom to l90 with some issues:
1- no cell phone signal
2-wifi not turning on or off
3- bluetooth not turning on or off
4- power key not working
5- physical nav keys (home button, back, recent apps) not working
6- Screen resolution is bigger (My phone original resolution is 960x540 with 240dpi, the rom that i ported is 720x1280 with 326 dpi)
7- camera app opens and shows an error and then closes
any help ?
If any of the developers wan't to help me :fingers-crossed: I can upload the rom and he will take all the credit for this ? please help this device has almost 0 custom roms :crying:
You can't port Z5's ROM directly
You'll have to mod your Stock ROM to give your phone a Z5 feeling, porting Z5's Stock ROM is not the best solution

You can't fix these bugs it's not posible. At this moment you can change scren resuolution in build.prop (ro.sf.lcd_density=240)*
*Change 240 to yours
