Hi, I have a Tab 2 7.0 and a p6800 - the P6800 is running ICS as is the Tab 2, but I much prefer the white background for the Setting and other menus within Samsung's TW.
Is there any way to control the background colour that anyone is aware of please?
Try this

GingerMia + Audio Beats + GPS Patch is best for me. Less Bug, fast enough, more free RAM and FM Radio.
Edit: I also replace systemUI and Framework with Sharp modded.
gingermia v1 , so far is the best rom i had ever use for GB. Cons for the kernel, the wifi should always off when out of the hotspot. The kernel keep wake the system and didn't let it sleep , this drain all the battery life.
ICS all rom- meta trader facing the problem , it jump back to the home screen, i believe this is a similar problem as facebook app facing white screen.
Help Needed

Been Using GingerMia couple of times. Never has dialer button lag.
For framework try this way:
1. open GingerMia.zip and sharp modded zip using winrar, so you have 2 winrar windows opened.
2. Find in sharp modded windows "system/framework/framework-res.apk" and replace GingerMia's framework-res.apk by dragging the file onto the same folder (from Sharp to GingerMia).
3. and finally flash it
hope it'll help you

I used fix1.
For example in GingerMia when you're at home screen, try touch menu button you will see that the menu has background and font in quite same color so it's hard to read.
Also I like sharp modded battery indicator that has % indicator bigger font and to get rid the notification toggle so i can replace it with Quick setting panel from Qartel rom (I like it better). And some other reasons.

Made from HTC One Google edition's Android 4.3 system dump.
This looks like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=agwSu2jDJt0
Differences between stock Android 4.3 Google edition's bootanimation:
- Initial Google logo will come in with a nice fade-in animation
- The Google logo will stay for about 1 second (so that you can fall in love with clean Google logo )
- Changed 24fps to 30fps for more smoothness
- Removed some frames for smooth movements (stock one has 4 frames that looks weird when played)
- The animation has two loop that switches between two rotation (stock one was one-way only. please check out the video)
- Added end-sequence that Android 4.1+ supports (the 4 circles splits when boot finished)
- Used image_optim --optipng-level 7 for max optimized images
- Uncompressed, zipaligned
- Supports xxhdpi(1080), xhdpi(720), hdpi(480)
Requirements:
- Device with Android 4.1+ (due to end-sequence)
- A rom supporting bootanimation.zip
- Device itself should not be EXTREMELY SLOW since this is 30fps with lots of movements
- Device's width pixels should be equal to 1080, 720 or 480. Else, the animation will be cropped or left over with black borders making it looks weird.
Download:
http://lap.so/csjs
Powered by AchonApp
(yes, this is an URL!)
Find your device's resolution on the link above
put it on /system/media and chown 0.0, chmod 644 it.
Resolution explanation:
xxhdpi - Galaxy S4 like display. 1920x1080
xhdpi - Galaxy S3 like display. 1280x720
hdpi - Galaxy S2 like display. 800x480
Your device should match the width pixels(1080, 720, 480) with above resolutions!!
- Please ask my permission first before including this in your theme or rom.
- Please ask my permission first before modifying and creating a new one based on this bootanimation.

Animation looks great and I want it, but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out your links. I have a 1920x1080 LG Optimus G Pro.
Nevermind I got it.
Here is the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=agwSu2jDJt0
and the download link: http://achonapp.com/?path=/_others/arter97/bootanimation
Thanks.
Erik
Is it possible to get the shutdown animation also? It would be great to finally remove all traces of at&t from my phone.
Erik
Thanks for the link!
You mean the download link is not working for you?

Beautifully done, mate! Excellent!
Now I'll go back to using this bootanimation for a bit!
I'm running and develop on a CyanogenMod rom that does not has a shutdown animation.
Sorry

Hello everyone,
my colleague has that phone and he would like use ripple efect on the lockscreen.
Is that possible to use it on CM10.1? Any flashable zip package?
Thanks in advance
Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 4
There's no flashable package as of now, however there is an app that surprisingly simulates the Galaxy S4 screen quite well. By default its set to the Light effect bu that can be changed to the Ripple effect. Search it on the Play Store.

Why isnt there any option to adjust colours in jelly bean like it is in s2 or s3
I mean options like dynamic movie etc. Is there a way to adjust the colours?
No
Don´t understand. Are you talking about the homescreen color?
No, our phone is not capable of that
