Hi,
Is it possible to load Windows ROM on Desire C. If yes please advice how. Thanks.
You can't unless it's desire hd, or if you want it to look like windows dowload a launcher from playstore.

My phone version is 2.3.5, I copied out the apk from my system folder.
I'm not sure if this one you can install, may b you can give a try.
Thank you.
But with this apk it says only the Applikation was not installed.
Is there an other way to install it?

Try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1436624
Download the IME with ics in the filename.
I can't be sure if it has all languages, but it won't hurt to try.

The themed versions ONLY works on gingerbread!
Did you try the non themed version with ics in the filename? That's the one you need to try.
Note: don't move to sd, keep on system memory.
