I grabbed this from Burnsa's G+, but original link no longer works. As the title says, alt Gapps package for JB Roms. The difference between this and the JB Pack from 7/26/12 is that gallery sync works but no CM Camera options (which I don't care about with N7, I'd rather have gallery sync)

Here you have Play Store apk file: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2369974
If you don't want some apps of the gapps, you can delete apk files that you don't want of the gapps zip file.
I'm running Pac-man Rom (pac_yuga_4.4.4-custom.build_20140714) and PA Gapps (pa_gapps-stock-4.4.4-20140811-signed). Picasa web albums are not visible in Gallery app and sync to Picasa is unavailable. How can I enable those?

Try flashing CM11 gapps
Installing "mediauploader.apk" from CM11 Gapps enabled Picasa sync (=upload to Picasa). It was missing from PA Gapps.
Google Camera and Google Gallery were included in PA Gapps (Google Stock package) but CM11 Gapps might not install those. Does AOSP Gallery show Picasa albums?

Flash CM11 gapps
Google camera& photo can be downloaded and installed separately
I solved the problem.
PA Gapps won't install Google Gallery automatically on non-Nexus devices. I had only Gallery2.apk on my /system/app folder and not GalleryGoogle.apk.
Installation of Google Gallery has to be forced manually using this method: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=53234912&postcount=5251
Installation of Google Gallery will sync Picasa Web Albums to Gallery app. It won't enable upload to Picasa because Google removed MediaUploader.apk (also known as Picasa Uploader) from all factory images when they introduced Android 4.4.1 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=53507604&postcount=5587). So I installed MediaUploader.apk manually from CM11 Gapps to /system/app and that enabled upload to Picasa.
