Need help editing framework-res

Hey guys,
I want to do a simple edit in my JP6 framework-res.apk to delete the task manager button that shows up with the home-button-long-press. I already decompiled the apk but i can't find what i need to change.
Maybe theres someone here wise enough to help me?

[TUTORIAL] TRANSLATE THE CYANOGENMOD ROM TO xxxxx LANGUAGE

For all those asking for having the ROM on their own language here I post the basic Steps.
Here you can find the files in english with all the text:

RULES:
At array files do not translate nothing that has "*_values*" on the name ( just remove this part from tranlated file )
Use unix utf-8 coding to save the fale ( for windows users, use notepad++ better than other ) ( end of line LF )
Do not translate if is said as non tranlatable in the line ( same as point 1 )
Thats all ...
With this you can do it by your own

Is there any way to find the state of the translation in a specific language? I mean which apps are already translated and even apps that are in progress from someone else, to don't do same work again?

Hi,
Can You tell me how to editing androidpolicy.jar?
I think I have to unpack that and now I dont know what I have to do.

Try it with apktool.

try using baksmali and smali. i found this tutorial somewhere in the internet or xda itself. dont remember.

And I want the record function on my phone,

when i try to edit xml files in system apps it open in strange language and sympols
so how can i deal with it ??

i was told you would have to decompile the apk instead of extracting it
use apktool or ticklefish it may help
