Who can explain me how to theme a rom?

Did you try uot kitchen already? And read in my noob how to about it. There are links from gabz and Huexxx as well, that will help you get started and I think A LOT of guides here on XDA

besfore posting...
1. Post your own homescreen.do not copy others..
2. Tell us which apps and themes are used so others can use it too...

Themes on 4x hd?

Hey somebody can give me a site where i can download themes for my 4x hd?
[also i don't have a root and i don't want to use launcher]

First read then post,,and this is a question, so pls in future post question to Q&A section..dont be so lazy.
Use search and u will find themes for your phone,,

Yes, i knew them there is only 3-4 theme in xda for 4x hd but its not enough :S
I want more can you help me?
[i used google already but it give me Sh*tty sites not only for my phone :S]

Make your Own Theme or flash Cyanogenmod or Custom Rom and choose one of 10000 themes lol
