The ßlakeßlader ROM is a mod that is based on the epic work of the greatest developer of GT540 Optimus forum, Miroslav_mm, the Android Open Source Project version 2.1 running on Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread. With the legendary performance as strong as a ranging hurricane, faster than the speeding uppercut of Pacquiao, and the simplest yet premium look that defines the truest meaning of beauty.

I'm most interested in Battery life (charging twice a day is for the birds...and I don't hardly use the thing)
Random reboots while wifi is on...bit of a pain
wifi to mobile data transitioning...
These top 3 make the cut and then I'll start looking for app performance.
Cursory glance, I'm digging the look and feel, the font is a bit odd, will get used to it I'm sure.

can someone please make a flashable zip file to change the fonts??? I tried to replace them manually and my phone is stuck on rhe boot logo . I don't wanna flash the whole rom all over again.

ill be working harder in battery life, its as well my biggest problem...im not certain with the effectivity of the battery tweak..i dont use wifi so i havent experiece reboots..but ill check that one up, thanks for the tip but uhhmmm i cannt fix bugs from aosp base

Besides a few mods and addons I have also installed the Aroma-Installer to flash the Rom.
The installer is in 2 languages (English and German) at the moment.
With Aroma you can flash my Rom like your personal wishes, because it is built in 5 Options.
1. flash the full Rom with all Mods
2. flash a small Version with all Mods but i deleted some Apps (see the List below)
3. flash a eXtreme small Version with all Mods but i deleted some Apps (see the List below) only for german speaking Guys, because delete all other languages!

1. Your Note must be rootet and have flashed a CWM Recovery!

2. Do a Nandroid backup!
3. Copy the zip to your sd
4. Wipe Data/factory, cache & dalvik-cache
5. Install zip from sd
6. choose your Rom in aroma installer

Yes in german Forum have a user with the N8010 the same problems.
at the moment i don´t have it with N8000.
Also the Mass Storage dont work anymore on JB with the USB Switcher App

Now its installed and booted on my fully wiped N8000. No problems and all seems to work so far. Only problem i can see is if i change CSC it will wipe my device clean, and thats not a problem, but then i will loose the extra multi apps. They are installed in data folder and not as system apps, am i right? Would maybe be nice with a flashable zip or some other solution to that problem. WIll be back after further testing. Setting up and restoring now will try all the features later, so far i only tested the extra multi apps and they are fully working, nice work dev. Also love the dark blue background for apps( initial setup, root explorer, titanium etc.)

No the Multiapps like boatbrowser, solid explorer ect. istall in system.
or do you mean thats multiapps taht you installes by self?

yes the data/app folder delete by fullwipe!
all your own apps are stored in data/app!

Flashing instructions
How to Flash ROM:
1) Download and copy the latest GingerSleek ROM to SD Card
2) Reboot to CWM Recovery
3) Wipe data and cache
4) Format /system
5) Wipe dalvik cache and battery stats
6) Install zip from SD Card
7) Wait till the Installation is finish
8) Repeat Steps 3 and 5 again
9) Reboot system
How to flash A2SD and use it:
1) Download A2SD Patch to SD Card
2) Reboot to CWM Recovery
3) Mount /data and /system
4) Install Patch from SD Card and Reboot.
5) In Terminal type:

This is Samsung's default but it can be done.... why you want that it won't look great while unlocking... this it's default in galaxy note too...

Bugs/Fixes
- Stuck on Samsung Galaxy S4 splash screen - Directions to fix this
- Screen Not turning back on/Random Reboots - This is an issue with KT's Kernel for some phones. Reflash and select a different Kernel.
Install Instructions
This ROM includes AROMA installer. This gives you customizable options when you go to install the ROM.
You will be prompted for 3 different Options to start: Default, Customize, and Change Mods
The first option(Default) will install TriForceROM as it was intended to be used, with all the mods enabled. Much like the previous releases of TriForceROM.
The second option(Customize) will allow you to pick and choose from the mods available. This is still a full wipe option.
The third option(Change Mods) will allow you to do the same as the above, but will not wipe System or Data, so you can change mods/theme on the go without worrying about wiping your precious data! Simply re-flash the SAME ROM file and select Change Mods, select your new mods and let it flash!
Default and Customize will wipe both Data and System, be sure you have a backup. You must do a full install before you're able to use the Change Mods out. (It won't let you until you are on TriForceROM.)
Again, it will not wipe data or system when you select to Change Mods.
As usual first boot takes a while because it has to rebuild data and cache.

Lol, I ended up going through manually and removing them based on either their name or I used APK Analyzer to determine exactly what they are.
This list helps though. Thanks.
I wish there was a list like this for the library files... Could save some more space by eliminating the libraries that aren't needed anymore as well.

No worries.
This version will only work if the the system has been de-odex'd. So you would have needed to flash the deodexed stock rom
It will not work on pure stock with just root added in.

- USB Storage dont work in recovery
- Holo launcher is crashed

What have you done to install driver ?
You must replace the inf file used for fastboot driver provided by google with the one provided by Sony.
By default this one doesn't support 64 bits windows though. You can test with the one I posted there :

You have to replace the file contained in extras/google/usb_driver of android SDK directory by this one (don't forget to make a copy before).
edit :
With this method you must first install Android SDK tools. If windows can't locate any driver, try to force it to search in the extra/google/usb_driver directory.
I'm not sure if it will work under win 8, I never tested it (but there no mention of windows version in this file)
