I had that once when I used a 3rd-party charging cable. I think it wasn't passing enough power. If you're not already and you have them lying around, you could try using a Touchstone or the original cable. (I would not buy a Touchstone just to try.)
That happens to me all the time when my touchpad dies and I need to charge it but at this point it will only charge will the oem charger. Also it will take a long time to charge and turn back on

Use a TOUCHSTONE charger.
Really simple just leave on oem charger for 4> and it will turn on, or any charger that produces 2 amps and 5.x volts

Hi,
Can someone take a picture of the original charger that comes with the mobile phone and post them here?
I have lost charger so I need all numbers and letters that are written on the original one.
TIA

Is the charger you get with the Note II that converts outlet directly to USB capable of switching between 110/120 and 220/240 volt inputs? I'm going on a vacation soon to a place with 220/240 outlets and I know a lot of adapters now can switch on their own, but I just want to make sure.
Edit: just so you know I'm talking about this one

except it's white with the Note II.
Sv: Is the included charger 110-240v?
It should say on the charger itself...

That's not normal at all, my Macbook charger gets pretty hot but that's got a large transformer inside, I think you should replace your charger Don't want to risk your new phones irreplaceable battery !
Cool cheers

Mine is getting hot also... Had the UK charger. I think it's normal. The charger is small the transformer inside it would easily heat up and with the lack of space it would emit heat. And yeah it's unbearable most of the time.
The transformer inside should look like this.

I know this question sounds dumb, but I have a vzw branded car charger and my g2 says incompatible and will not use for the phones protection .
And has anyone seen any cool slim bumper covers? Some seem to bulky
I use this one. As long as something isn't in the USB, it works fine. No warnings & fast charge.

Nothing is wrong per se, the phone complains that it is on slow charge when I have something plugged in because of current draw by the other device.
I bought it last year, but I think it's $19.99 at their store. The issue is the output. We have a couple of Motorola chargers (wall & car) that the phone complains about due to low output amps.

Here is the deal, I can find a qi wireless charging back on amazon in white or black and it is for qi charging standard. On the AT&T site the have a black only back and it is powermat (pma) standard.
I was under the impression everyone was using qi but now I see the pma option.
I guess my confusion is what is better (if that is a thing), or does it even matter? I know at this time they are not compatible.
I am in the US if that wasn't evident, not sure if that makes a difference. Hope for some enlightenment.
Official Samsung wireless cover is qi.
This is from att site
