I have trouble connecting Bluetooth mouse with Galaxy note [GT-n7000] on nightly up to date - CyanogenMod 10.1
Already published this problem here but I don't believe developer will noticed it there. Because I am noob [<10 posts] I am not allowed to post anything at developer forum.
Now... Mouse is working on SGSII stock ROM, but doesn't work on CM10.1
*There should be number request when pairing (as it was on SGSII), but it automatically recognize and afterwards doesn't connect.
How to fix it?
No Bluetooth mouse for CM..only work on TW base rom..

I'm trying to map the keys of my mouse so I can use the right click as back button.. It does works on TW, I'm on TW stock ics.. Do you know about any app that allows me to customize mouse functions?
Tapatalking on my n7000
you have to use 3rd part app like blueinput, and you can't use the bluetooth keyboeard without this apps in CM.
In CM 11 the bluetooth mouse works flawlessly

As far as I remember (I use CM7, not stock) you have to enable TV Out in Settings->Display (or somewhere in Settings )

CM7 doesnt support tv out. only stock rom or custome rom support tv out. just try randomly like this :
y-y
r-r
w-w
try:
y-r
r-y
w-w
or:
y-w
r-r
w-y
If i helped, dont forget to press "thanx"
TV-out has always worked for me on stock/custom ROMs. I use the Nokia 3.5mm to RCA cable from my N85.
Make sure TV-out isn't on, if it is turn it off and reboot. Turn it on after reboot and plug it in to the TV.
This method always works for me. It's also a good idea to turn screen brightness down to the lowest setting to preserve the battery.
hey guys I've been searching for a solution all day and I'm out of ideas.
my bluetooth keyboard came in the mail today and for some reason it refuses to work on cm9. the keyboard works perfectly with my netbook, my friends iphone, his ipad, and even booted into webOS but when I'm booted into cm9 nothing happens. I can successfully pair it and it says its connected in the settings but none of the buttons respond. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
edit: forgot to mention I also tried wiping and flashing a new rom. tried both cm9 alpha 2 and aokp m4. same problem on both.
I don't know if this will help, but I've got a Motorola BT keyboard that is designed for android that doesn't work directly with WebOS (or Windows for that matter). To get it to work with WebOS I have to press and hold the 'V', 'A' and 'R' keys when I turn it on.
Perhaps your keyboard has some similar way of selecting alternate platforms?

nope that doesn't work :[.
so I tried my friends bluetooth keyboard and it works great. It seems android 4.0.3 on touchpad seems to be partial to certain keyboards..

So what keyboards are compatible with HP touchpad? I'm thinking of ordering one next week but don't want to waste the money on one that doesn't work.
I am unable to get my Bluetooth controller to work on my HD even though they pair it just wont work. Read posts about others with same issue. Has anyone tried a Moga game controller on their HD with cm10.1 ? I bought an Idroid controller and it didn't work with my tablet or my stock LG Intuition so I think it was crap altogether. Don't want to have to buy and return another controller though. Thought Id ask here first. Thanks.
Yes, I was able to pair and use my Moga controller in 10.1. I had to shut off WiFi to get the initial pairing done (WiFi can be turned back on after pairing). This worked with both the pivot driver and the universal driver.
great. I bought the Idroid and it went back to amazon the next day. It would pair but only/connect in keyboard mode but neither of the gamepad modes which is what I want for deadzone. Ill order the moga. also the bluetooth keyboard im using sucks :<

Haven't tried Dead Zone yet. Downloading MC4 now to give that a try though I would think it would work just fine.
Let me know if it does

Hi.
My question is rather simple.
On ICS I could play games on my 42' TV (MHL connection) using non original Sisaxis gamepad (Sisaxis app).
Now, on the stock 4.1.2, bluetooth protocols are not working corectly with Sisaxis app (earlier version of the app - 0.5.0 - works well, but does not support non original gamepads).
I have read that CM 10.1 supports Sisaxis protocols well. But sadly it doesn't support the MHL!
To sum up, is there a way to have MHL and Sisaxis controller working and not going back to the ICS? Any rom/kernel combinations?
I can not understand why CM 10.1 does not support MHL....
Hi all, I've got a KFHD7 with CM11 running the tate Kit Kat ROM (thanks for your work Hashcode), but I can't seem to get a mouse or keyboard to work over bluetooth or USB OTG. HDMI output works fine (would be nice to have HDMI output resolution settings, but that's a bigger issue with Android AFAIK). We really need to be able to use it with a mouse and keyboard as I'm intending to use it as an Android desktop in our open device lab where I work. We test websites and apps and I'm trying to get it through to people that Android is (and will continue to be) much more than an OS for small touchscreens.
Do you guys know of any stable, recent ROMs at all that will work well with a mouse and keyboard?
Thanks!

I'm running CM11 as well, and I've got a bluetooth keyboard that works just dandy with it (wow, I don't think anyone says that anymore, but whatever ). I haven't tried a mouse, but I have no idea as to wether or not that would work. As for OTG stuff... well, the kernel used for the KFHD doesn't really support it yet. It's been talked about for a while, but there's still no option for it.

Any chance you can test a mouse? CM11 did not work with the bluetooth mouse for me. It paired fine, the pointer just never appeared.

If I had one, I would test it. Unfortunetly, I don't have one, and I don't have the funds to purchase one.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but months later I still don't know what to do. Can't get a mouse working over USB OTG or bluetooth on my CM11 Kindle. I always update it to the latest builds too. Any thoughts?
I think OTG is in the works. At least an attempt at it. Hashcode said something about it in the CM 11 thread.

The kernel does not support OTG, yet.

Can't make any promises about mice, I don't even have a bluetooth mouse to try it, but I am running kinology 3.2 (planning on updating to 3.3 soon) and my bluetooth keyboard is working perfectly with it. Maybe just a lil better than it did with original amazon os as well.
