2. Download OTAv4 update
2. Go into cwm
3. Format system and wipe data/cache/dalvik-cache
4. Install Jellyblastv3.0.3
5. Now install OTAv4 update

So after a lot of custom rom flahing again i flashed official ddkq8 rom on my ace
However everytime i try to download an app from market
It says

If you want stock rom, you need to flash it with odin. Google can help you in finding answer to almost every question...

You have to flash it with odin.
-Download the stock gb that you prefer
-Put your mini in download mode
-Flash it with Odin
XDA can help you using the "search" button.
