I have installed the latest build of CM10.1 to my Galaxy Mini.
The problem is that my home button now does not work.
I have tried different builds from different dates, including last nights, but the home button just will not work.
Any ideas?

try clean install, like this: wipe your data, wipe cache partition, before install the rom

I installed Chocobread v1.2 by flowish in my Galaxy Mini and is awesome
but I have one problem, the wifi don't work in my Phone
( Every time I start the WiFi the phone freeze and restart )
after in WiFi settings mark Error.
I don't know how to fix.

The maker of the ROM is totally a beginner. I dont think you should be flashing ROMs just like that. IMO
i would suggest u try another rom as there are many good roms for mini available like cm7, emanon v3 etc........
Try typing *#*#526#*#* in dialler... there is a chance it'll work...

this is also a good custom rom
"Simple, Minimalist, Stable and Powerful rom"
it is difficult to say whether it is better than other custom roms or not since it is a matter of personal preference (i might like this while i might like another)

Chocobread have more bugs,... and wifi dont work for me too, but I fixed it, ... just extract ChocobreadROM, and go to system, wifi and replace it with cyanogen 7.1.0 wifi... it works for me , than Add to archive and install it in clock word mode, ... If I helped u , press Thanks button

i have the problem too, but after i flashed the sim hotfix it will work perfect. try to remove sim from device and test if minicm9 will work now.
if yes so flash the sim hotfix, if it wont work reflash hole rom and hotfixes.

-Flash the kernel.
-Eveytime after flashing a new kernel,DELETE DALVIK CACHE (Make it habit!!!)
Full wipe alone doesnt help
Evey kernel requires time to build its OWN DALVIk
-wipe battery stats
-factory reset
-flash the rom
- wait for 4-5 minutes...
Keep in mind that first boot can take up to 5 minutes.

I have a x10 mini with ROM minicm7-2.2.0 and naa 11, and I put minicm9.3.0.0 version but the download links do not appear for the x10 mini only for x8, my question is I can put the version for x8 in my mini x10
How I do with every Rom :
1.Flash Kernel
2.Wipe
3.Flash New ROM + Gapps if need
4.Boot up
Never had a bootlop problem.

yeah you can try it (do it at your own risk)
-change lcd setting to 120 in build.prop
++ copy some stuff like semcRIL,akmd2,vold...heck it tough and many more to make it fully working port
in short you can use it on x10 mini BUT it wont be a fully working port.
EDIT- Dont try it until unless you know what you are doing !!!!....LEAVE IT U WILL BRICK YOUR PHONE

when I press the Turn on Bluetooth, the Bluetooth not included and you can try a million times but it will not turn and second problem is this my phone typing and calls though the phone is locked what is the wrong i dont know

Have you installed STABLE CM7.2?
cynogen mod for a time not fix
and i didnt use it again
i use custom rom sgs2 v.9 not bad for me

i recomended stock lite v.7.1
light,fast and stable and than the battery is very saving

Have you tried ICS'ed ROM for a stock-based more ICS-like experience? It should be quite similar to stocklite otherwise...
I'm having a hard time to decide which rom to use, so many great choices!

But my suck... Bluetooth doesn't working.... i tried my best.. But No use.. :-(
But now i found the solution for this Problem.......
Ya.... Don't use Nightly-Cooper Versions.....
Better use Stable-Cooper versions......

Slow down your horses mate, you are very new to developing here, you can't just learn to make roms overnight. There is a full development guide in these foruma, look this up:

Forget the looks for now, get the rom that works best for you, looks can always be changed through themes and layouts.
Learn to use root explorer, that way u can add/remove system apps, libs files, bootanimations, ringtones and many more things.
Root explorer is basic modding, familiarise with that and you will learn to make ur very own roms pretty soon.

I replace the launcher
Holo launcher for ICS looklike. But I prefer golauncher IMHO.
-set as default launcher
-set as system app using TB
-remove the old launcher

My phone worked great but since yesterday it stuck or just shutdown
And to open it again I need to take out the battery
And then I can turn it back on

did you make full wipe before install cm7?
at development section, there is a script from boype. it is named full format script.
use it before flash cm7 or another rom.
and which cm7 are you trying to flash..

on the rom manager i did wipeall after i did a backup on my old version .

guys i am sick and tired of samsung jb 4.1.2 ddulp8..my dialer app lags(takes 6 seconds to load up sometimes) this is annoying..messaging/contacts app lags..and my whole phone freezes sometimes..wifi doesnt connect, keeps on getting obtaining ip address and this is a bug in samsung 4.1.2 firmwares as i confirmed it on youtube..i didnt have these issues in gingerbread..this stock JB rom eats so much RAM and it sucks..if was afraid of rooting my phone but no more..can someone suggest a better FIRMWARE ?? please help me out here..thanks

Look for cm10.1, you can install it from stock recovery and no need to root before.

they are super fast..

Threads are not updated.
I use 10.1 for some time, I think it is fastest ROM we have. I am not sure if WIFI direct is working, but I am not using it anyway.

I had ear phone problem with cm 10.1. On incoming calls earphn volume was very low nd I had to increase it every tym manually. Is it rectified in cm 10.2?

This issue has already been fixed in latest cm10.1 and cm 10.2 if flashed over ddulp8 indian stock rom.
so which rom has the more fixes cm10.1 or 10.2?
