You can flash this pack at any time provided you wipe cache and your data partition is ext4.

Files explorers, I suggest Es File Explorer or Astro.
Its a pain sometimes when you want to use these and can't because you have to be signed into Google play to download them.

(Updated)[ROOT]Official Facebook home launcher for Nexus S working!

Hi guys since the Facebook home is officially not available for our device I just used the old build.prop trick to make it work fully for my nexus S. It should work for everyone but it is not guaranteed please perform necessary backup before changing anything in system files.
Requirements -
1.Rooted Nexus S.
2.File explorer with root permissions.
3. Latest version of main Facebook app and Facebook messenger already installed.
4.Custom recovery img
I have CM10.0 stable on my phone but it should work with any ROM.Open your file manager browse with root permission - mount as writable - you will find build.prop in the system folder first make a backup of that then open build.prop in editor and edit the lines for ro.product.model/brand/device/manufacturer and in additional build properties change ro.com.google clientidbase line as screenshots below

After making changes reboot into recovery and wipe dalvik cache and reboot.
Now download Facebook home apk and install the app.

[MOD][T] Conversations.apk with enabled cost saving feature

Saw that various users were asking about this mod (i made also a tutorial also for this mod here) so i decided to make it.
What does, is to convert certain letters. This way, when you writing for example a message in greek or in polish, instead of having 70 characters per message, you will have 160, so you will not have to spend extra money.

Instructions:
1. Download the file
2. Copy it on your phone
3. Now copy the file in system/app and replace the current one
4. Set permissions to rw-r-r
5. Reboot your device

No mate, there isn't.
The only solution you have is to find an ftf file with this option enabled too. Maybe the global one has this option.

Accidentally deleted notepad

Hi all,
I have deleted, on my wife phone, the notes app
com.example.android.notepad
I have an Hisuite backup with all notes that I can not restore because the app is not installed.
I tried to find the apk everywhere but with no success!!!!
Who can save my life?
please share it, or give me an idea on how to get it.

Thanks for your answer, I already tried that but unfortunately is for P10 and not P8.
Trying to import with adb, I receive an error on SDK version (something similar to #28 version) that is not present on P8 (older version).
Can someone extract the right one from P8.

This is the error I see trying to install

I flashed it , and rooted my phone, but it is incompletely, the system cann't mount r/w.

Yes. Until now, I haven’t found a place to turn off forced encryption

Rom updates 12.0.17, then flashed this img again. the system crashed.....
