[Q] Fix NFC on CM10 stable for Xperia T? - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

I've installed Cyanodenmod 10 stable on my Sony Xperia T. Now I've tried to enable NFC, but the button stays grayed out after checking the checkbox. In logcat i found the following entries:

How can I solve this problem?

Wi-Fi connected but no internet after a while [Solved]

I have found threads with similar problems than mine, but none of the solutions worked for me (i also tried WiFi Fixer).
I have latest CM10 + Devil's Kernel at the moment, but it was going on for a week now also on Semaphore, CM10 kernels and HellyBean rom, although i don't think it is their fault.
Update: I am updating nightlies regularly lately, have also switched back to Semaphore Kernel
I have excellent Wi-Fi connection, but if i leave the phone for a while, i cannot connect to internet anymore. Wi-Fi is still connected, the Wi-fi icon is gray or blue with moving arrows up and down. I can browse local network and my PC's shared folders.
Temporary solution is to disable and re-enable Wi-Fi. Obviously also if i reset the phone or router, but that doesn't matter.
There is no problem with router or access point. It has been working great for years. DHCP always assigns same IP to my phone's MAC address.
I can ping my computer and router, but cannot ping internet - even IP's. (connect: Network is unreachable)
I read somewhere that it is Samsung's (or even i9000) problem with Wi-Fi sleep - that when it should wake up, it does only partially.
I have flashed my phone several times recently but always in CWM, not with Odin, but the problem stays.
I believe it is something wrong with baseband (radio/modem), but don't know if this get flashed with new versions of ROM. I have I9000XXJVT version (System settings/About phone). Edit: i have flashed another modem XXJVU, but problem remains.
If someone also believes this could be the case and has more knowledge than me, what is the procedure to flash only baseband, can i do it from CWM and which version should i look for?
Logcat
I have switched WIFI channels from 11 to 6, tried to change encryption, but it didn't solve the problem.
This is logcat since turning off the screen (internet was working) until start of the problem.. i hope paste will do - it is a short one.

Solved?
Since last time i had problem i have reflashed radio via odin, but then my IMEI disappeared.
Then i flashed radio via CWM and there are no problems for 15 minutes. :victory:
Edit: I have solved the problem by flashing only modem (=radio=baseband) files from recovery mode (CWM).
I've used modem files found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1158783
xxjvu and xwjw1 both worked for me.
Hello
I have the same problem as you, my s3 is new and has the factory rom.
I do not quite understand how you solved it. Could you explain it better.
In the link above there are many modem files, which is correct?
I need to root the phone? it's affect the warranty?
Thank you very much

Since last time i had problem i have reflashed radio via odin, but then my IMEI disappeared.
Then i flashed radio via CWM and there are no problems for 15 minutes. :victory:
Edit: I have solved the problem by flashing only modem (=radio=baseband) files from recovery mode (CWM).
I've used modem files found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1158783
xxjvu and xwjw1 both worked for me.

[Q] lmt-launcher crashes

Hey, I'm using noname81s lmt-launcher. Yesterday for no apparent reason the app crashed and won't work any more. I wiped my phone with cwm. And tried to restore a working backup, too. But without success... Any ideas?
wayne int.
Just install the latest version please and it will work again.
I tried several versions, at the moment I'm using v1.99. The Error appears on stockRom, as well as on Omars Rom. Logcat shows no error. Dunno if this helps. It's like bewitched. :/

Here works lmt launcher v1.99 fine. without problems except gestures. I'm on stock ROM.
I've used it, since I routed my phone. No problems until now... on stockrom the app crashes. on Omars Rom the app won't crash but nevertheless it didn't work. Can't stop the process within the app, only start.

Think i logged the failure... But I doubt that it'll help...

That's it. Thank you! I think I tried only versions above this release. But still I don't understand why...

doesn't work...:crying:
Thanks a lot for the module. It worked for me.
Works for me too! Great work!

This issue of detecting sub-processes has been patched as of beta 16.4
I'm not sure where you were getting the other processes you were blocking (e.g com.microsoft.omadm), my guess is skaforey's post. These should all be run within the parent process and blocked, but it will be interesting to see if they are required on some phones.
Either way, this is awesome for versions prior to 16.4. Thanks again for writing this.

I suddenly started receiving "Custom OS" error while setting up the Work Profile. I am pretty sure its not related to Magisk or the module but just wanted to check on any ideas.
I have a Galaxy S9+ running a stripped (but mostly stock) ROM with Magisk hide enabled and this module.
Screenshot attached.
Please publish it to magisk repo.
It's a very simple process

Worked like charm on magisk 16.4 miui 9 Android 7.0
Cheers
Updated IntuneHider4Magisk To v0.1.3!
Changelog: Minimizing The Time.
Thanks for the module and it is working. Unfortunately I have a wierd issue, the intune portal requires encryption and when the encryption is enabled, Volte is not enabling. I am not sure if this a common issue or not, but is there a way to bypass the device encryption step? Or is there any method to enabled Volte after encryption ? I am using Pixel experience ROM. Please suggest and thanks in advance

What's the easiest method to install an updated version of the module when you already have a previous version in use?
To prevent that during the upgrade Intune may discover that my device is rooted, I now use following steps:
1. Freeze Intune and Outlook
2. Disable IntuneHider4Magik (asks for reboot)
3. Delete IntuneHider4Magik (asks for reboot)
4. Install the new IntuneHider4Magik version
5. Defrost Intune and Outlook
I guess that could be implemented in an easier way (even with preventing that Intune may find that the device is rooted as a prerequisite)?
Thanks Man..
working good..

decryption fails after TWRP restore

I've just tried to dirty flash an update, which failed, so restored a backup I made prior, restoring system, vendor, data and boot partitions. Now the phone doesn't boot properly and after looking at the boot logcat it looks like the cause is that the decryption fails-
Code:

Strangely though, twrp can decrypt the data partition just fine.
And also, I don't really get why after restoring from a backup this would happen, I thought that essentially the phone state would basically be the same as before I did the backup after restoring, provided I don't format data or mess with the fs in any other way. Does anyone know why this might happen and could explain to me?

Question What's going on in this s21 ultra preloadinstaller.txt log and why was it generated?

Need help understanding this log. A play by play would be great as even the obvious will not stand out to me here, I am a complete novice at best but it's super important to me.
The most important piece of information I need is whether or not this indicates notifications being manually turned off by the user or not. I'm confused.
Thanks a lot!!!

To me it looks like a logfile of a script to install the preloaded facebook application. Script is run three times.
Notifications are disabled by the script in the beginning and gain enabled by the script at the end of the process.
There seems no user interaction involved during the script, based on time lines in the log.
