just wondering does anyone know if modern combat works on the x8???

yes. modern combat sandstorm works without problems on the x8
search in google there you will find it

it works smoothly and all, but i don't recommend it, it's extremly unpleasant to play a game like that without multitouch.

I'm playing it , in multiplayer also
And I'm not weak without multitouch

lol i have dual touch for my x8 (cypress)

Dont bother to download the game it sucks any way intead of modern combat download nova twice as better and can be played without dual touch

Can anyone sent me link to download modern combat sandstorm with sd card files. I find some versions but all have very large resolution, I see only 1\4 of keyboard... I can't see crouch buton and anything down. Pls help. Thanks in advance.

How can I install the gameloft games? Evertime I try too it asks me to select device and it shows the P6800 as not compatible. I have installed chainfire 3d. Any suggestions

Should be able to download to one of your other devices and copy the apk over. You might also need to spoof another device in your build.prop if the game itself checks; they usually look at ro.product.model or ro.product.device--setting those to GT-I9100 ought to work.

how do you guys get the games like asphalt 6 or etc running on 7.7?
I restore the backup from my SGS2 which include a few of my purchased gameloft games but when i tried to run them on 7.7, it just says that it is not compatible and ask me to go for a refund ...

i use chain fire 3d.
and i changed build.prop to p7500
i play modern combat 3 and its goood
but i installed 9mm and downloaded the data game.
it works but when im playing,9mm stops and crash.i think its the chainfire problem or it needs more ram.what should i do?

I think you dont need chainfire, its only if u want to play tegra3 games. I think that will just introduce unnecessary errors. I'm playing mc3 without chainfire, works like a charm.

I'm using version 1.01. I changed build.prop to that of the galaxy s2 (I9100), which also has a mali400 gpu. The Tab 10.1 has a tegra CPU. after I downloaded the files I changed the build.prop back to original.

I've been playing "Shine Runner", quite fun when you get the hang of the controls. Remember to up the resolution in settings.

Sega's Virtua Tennis looks and plays very well on the Tab.

Eternal Legacy HD runs on 7.7, too. However, it crashes quite often. The log said pointerindex out of range, so may be it is not related to processor type. It crashes less often after using chainfire 3D with Qualcomm driver, or it is just my imagination.
This is one good game I would be willing to pay for, sadly I don't find it in the market.

Weird, I tried changing my build.prop to show the GT-P7500 and still no Gameloft games work.

I never had the need for speed shift working for me and the bia2 which is available free on the market was just showing white video graphics, if not they would have been on my list.
If you don't mind sharing how you got the nfs working cause mine lags a lot and it finally hangs then force close.
My nova is working awesome until I reached a stage where everything is just blocked. ( no way forward out of the room).
I wish others will post their favorites game also. Thanks

Ok I installed chainfire3d but I can play Air penguin only if I set the OpenGL settings with the option "reduce texture quality". Otherwise I get white squares in the image and the game closes.
Is that the same for you?

There's no way to make it work... yet...
Developments in in galaxy Y section may make us get it working... They already have 25% faster graphics benchmarks

Yep, I actually download my games from new aces and follow the instructions carefully. I believe you're talking about the reducing texture quality and changing plug ins but even though it still lags a lot on my phone with chain fire 3d.
I even tried locking my screen before the race starts and then unlocking back, but still it lags badly. I don't know if that's how everyone is playing it on theirs. I uninstalled it because of the lagging issue but maybe I would give it another try.

Vector kinda lags sometimes and Reckless Racing 2 minimaly when there's a lot going on screen for a moment. Other games work perfectly ,even Dead Trigger. Temple Run 2 too ,I have set max graphic and it runs without any hiccups. Also on what rom are you on? I am currently on V20D

I have a memory card 16gb and i have rooted my device then i used (Directory Bind) to transfer the huge games in the sdcard.
If you need any help just tell me i well be ready to answer you. and the app you can find it in the xda developers forum.

It Fails maybe because you have not root your device or you dont allowed the super user permission.

I do have root and gave the app permission but when i do a bind the app makes a copy of it and leaves it in the sdcard and in the internel memory the data stays there

[GUIDE][ROOT][2.2 to 4.0.4 only]How to play hd games on games on galaxy music duos an

As usual Low or Mid range samsung phone like galaxy y,galaxy ace,galaxy mini,galaxy music etc have an issue and its hd graphic gets swapped with white.
Some games like Fifa 10,Gangstar West coast hustle etc have hd graphics.
Notice: It would cause bootloops on jelly bean galaxy music and other jelly bean roms
To fix it follow the steps:
1. Download chainfire 3d and its plugins from attachment.
2. Install cf3d and extract plugins any where in internal storage.
3. Now Open cf3d allow su permission and install it normal way, Now it would reboot.
4. After reboot if cf3d is not visible app drawer then reinstall it.
5. Tap install plugins and shaders then install all three-qualcomm powervr nvidia
6. Now hit back and tap fix market.
7. Now tap on Default openGL settings
8. tap use plugin an select qualcomm
9. If u have installed any new hd game then open cf3d then tap fix market
Now hd games like gangstar fifa etc. Are now playable with colourful graphics. Soon i will add working ways to remove lags and screenshots of few hd games running without lag on my phone

Most of the apps doesn't work by using cf3d.i have tried gangstar west coast hustle qvga game on my mobile but with no luck..the game stucks either in middle or it wont play.. what is the problem..is there any solution please help me... Bro old gameloft and ea games of 2010 have multitouch issue on ics,jb but gangstar wch can be played with qualcomm and don't use multitouch

HD Games requires cf3d and tested.[BR]
Nova no lag so smooth cf3d required
Real Football 2012 lags a bit but gameplay is smooth and works on jb/ics both no cf3d req.
Nova 2 cf3d required little bit lag
Dead Space smooth no lag but cf3d req.
gangstar west coast working smooth but multitouch not allowed :sad:

How to Play the Big Games Such as NFS Most Wanted,Brothers in Arms or any other games more than 1Gb on Galaxy music duos rooted device... Iam using Gl to SD app to mount the data to ExtSd card but it doesn't work with all games.. is there any other way to play such games.

Probelm with Nova Bro, it is force closing in the middle of the game play, i cannot play dead space and Gangstar west coast has the same problem. iam using gmd with ics xwamh2 rooted has chainfire3d with quallcom as said above. Can you please explain in detail how to get rid of this force close and game getting stopped errors . thanks

Bro i already told that
old gameloft and ea games have force closes but dead space and nova 2 works without any issue and i got a way to remove lags from almost every game +UI becomes fast

old gameloft and ea games have force closes but dead space and nova 2 works without any issue and i got a way to remove lags from almost every game +UI becomes fast

As you've told above i have downloaded nova 2 and installed on my device but it keeps saying your device is not supported please request a refund ? what should i do? Any suggestions please

That version is of Nova 2 is deleted but dont worry i m finding for it

Okay thank you for kind reply.. there are many problems with this device while the games are being updated the gameplay is not stable usually. i was playing Justice league Some days back very smoothly but now it is getting stuck at the logo. also Dead trigger was smooth without any laggs.but now the graphics have just gone crazy.. the zombies are just looking white not like the one which were in the images. well one thing is sure that low-mid range devices are low end and we can't expect more from these..we must accept what it gives us ...

Are You Using ICS or Jelly Bean ? I've found alternative for chainfire3d- GLTools GGraphics Optimizer.. well many are talking about this and they are reporting that this tool is very helpful, but it is not working for this device effectively. I've tried many games on 4.1.2 firmware using GLTOOls Some worked before but they are not working now. Can You Help Me with this? Do you know how to Set this GlTools to work for heavy games ?
