Sorry I didnt understand... Where is bat file? desired logo?
Here you go...Extract the folder onto your desktop, install the drivers if you haven't already, run bat file and you'll have a locked logo on your boot screen.

Only ICS
If you mean the caveat that you unlocked bootloader, use the information to a htcmania forum, and as if you can not make a link to there without censor me,
is simple, get files
1. - Fastboot.exe
2. - logo_signed (must be obtained from the firmware, exploring the zip file)
sorry for my bad English
Donwload files
http://db.tt/tak1LsuU
note: logo_signed file is of the firmware: Brasil.en.BR
Procedure
1. - Put the downloaded files in a folder in the root "C" on your pc, (I call this folder Android for example)
2.- Put the phone in fastboot mode (power button and Vol - squeezing them a few seconds until the screen fastboot mode) and connect with USB the phone to pc
3.- Opening a cmd screen, we stand there, I'm in cmd C:\Android\
4. - cheking with command fastboot devices
5. - Performed the command fastboot flash ulogo logo_signed
6. - Conducted after ending command fastboot reboot and that's it
7.- enjoy
Warning: only share what I see written on a forum and I served, so I do not take responsibility for any damage this may cause to your phone

Hello,
I was using EUR V10H firmware on my device and I upgraded to V20A_EUR leaked.
Then reboot and factory reset.
Then usb debuging mode activated and "adb reboot-bootloader" command.
Then rebooted and LG splash screen appears. Saying that "Running Factory Reset for the First Bootloader Unlock : : Please Wait..."
But nothing happens. What is the problem? Any idea?
Remove battery and restart the device, no problem.

1. adb reboot-bootloader -> OK
2. fastboot oem unlock -> after reboot LG screen appears with top text. when I try to appy that command, waiting device...
Unknown USB device error has been occured but it should not be because all LG drivers has been installed on my machine (Win7 Pro X64)

Connect the phone "OFF" to the PC while pressing vol- (S/W).
Maybe it unlocked already and you didn't notice.
It should appear "bootloader unlocked" on the "S/W" screen.

Thank you for the TWRP with other device, but new to HTC butterfly S.
Encounter some problem with data.ext.win and the win000 file with special permission Set UID and Set CID, which not allow me to copy to my PC or even using TWRP file manger to copy to external_sd card.
Also, does not allow me to backup to external_sd.
Please advise if i did something wrong.

Sorry. Posted this question in the wrong section.
Basically wanna copy out the phone's TWRP backup folder to PC to save up the stock unroot version.
And was not able to do that due to Set UID and CID in permission, something with the kernel security.

Hey ,
I just turned off my Razr I as I normally would , and when I turned it on again it just did not go past the red Motorola logo,
It just got stuck there , I could not restart it , or turn it off , I did not root my phone or unlock the bootloader,
its all completely stock (4.1.2).
I tried and succeeded in going to fast boot, by volume down and power , but all I could do was turn off the phone.
I don't want to root or factory reset the phone because I cant lose the data , so what can I do?
I did not install any new apps , just a routine restart.

First what firmware you have in your phone, 4.1.2 I think, but DE, GB or maybe some latin? And your phone was branded or not?
I am not sure but as i remember you could on locked bootloader use only system partition with fastboot command
Fastboot flash system
System file is originally signed by Motorola so it is possible I think

- enter in to recovery push vol-down and power button until green light show, when green light will off relase only power button, then you will see fastboot menu of motorola.
- Connect phone to the pc, if you use rsd-lite before your computer should find out a drivers if not, you must download it and install in general subforum is topic called tools for noobs,
- use your cmd in windows and go to the fastboot folder, in cmd use command "c:" then "cd fastboot" then you should be in c:\fastboot
- in fastboot folder write: fastboot flash system system_signed
- on phone you should see some commands one of them is that 100MB is max, and file will be seperated for 100MB parts

As iam sure system_signed is orginally signed this method should work, but for sure please anybody agree with me or not Its not do anything with boot so it cant brick your phone

If this helps, whenever I boot into recovery now,a red text saying LGE SECURITY ERROR: BOOT IMAGE or something like that
So you flashed a recovery before unlocking?
If your device doesn't boot at all, do a kdz reflash. If you can boot to the system, use one of the methods mentioned above; you only need root and USB debugging on to use it. If you don't have root but can't boot to recovery, try the "root many android" method from the index, that might do it. If it still fails, do a kdz reflash, then start again (root - unlock - recovery)

Hello everyone,
as title says, im stuck on booting HTC Desire C device. HTC logo on white background with "this build is for development purposes only...", cycling over and over. Mistake i made is when i was using 'All-In-One-Kit-v2.0' i forgot to install CMW, flashed "boot900.img" wich is overclocking kernel, flashed it, powered off the device, turned it back on and got stuck there. Im struggling whole morning to get this done... searched whole google about this, tried to flash "recovery.img", flashing new ROMs, unfortunately, nothing has been done. Hopefully you could help me and i would really appreciate that. Im newbie here, my english is not that good soo..
Turn it off, press volume down key, and hold it with power until you get to fastboot. Then connect it to your PC, and flash a Cwm, and then lower frequency kernel...

Do you have a sync manager program installed? If so, uninstall it (it should leave the drivers installed) and try again, the sync manager identifies your handset and takes control so flashing gets interfered with
