Ok, this is LG Prada 3.0 Theme ported for Zeus v4.02b
I dont make this theme. I only replace, resize, and rename the PNGs image, change some color, etc, so it match for Zeus v4.02b
credit to :
original maker of the theme
UOT kitchen for the battery icon (coz I dont like the stock battery icon )
spirol for framework-res and SystemUI dump from Prada 3.0
gabwerkz for the guides and tips thread

For Zeus v6.1 - mirror (+ white glow on LG lock screen, overscroll glow fixed, etc)
Flash it from cwm.
if something weird happen after first boot, reboot to cwm recovery, wipe dalvik cache, reboot

the theme is perfect but in contacts/menu/more the font is black and i don't can read well but

IMO, you dont need to delete your thread, coz this thread only focused on theme, while your's focused on apps.
But if it's better to have one thread about prada port, I dont mind to share thread with you. maybe when you have post the tweaks and apps port, we can ask Ms. reinbeau help to move your post to #2

No. It is not "stock" !! I also have Diana kernel and SE launcher installed, too.

First of all, I am not complaining! I am grateful, and I just want to feedback and share my experience.
V20f, Diana kernel extracted from Zeus v4.02b, xperia arc launcher.
Worked OK (NO SoD) untill I installed Prada 3.0 theme port..
Few hours after, SoD (sleep of death)
Pulled battery out, put it back... started phone => everything ok..
Later, another SoD charging the phone...
Back to 20f with diana and SE launcher...
Late late edit: It seem to be related to Diana kernel. Today SoD after last night I changed governor with interativex and scheduler to sio! Trying now with smartass2 and deadline.
I am reinstalling the theme now.

and it's an ICS rom
