I have flashed Slim Bean Alpha 3 and CastagnaIT 10.2 kernel. Now to my problem: i can't mount usb storage. I have no idea what's wrong. I have flashed many roms and never had that issue. Pls help me!

It doen't work because i think slim bean alpha 3 isn't ready for a 3.x kernel. You can't mount the usb storage with a rom which has not the files for a 3.x kernel.
Thx... if anyone still has the latest diablokernel 2.6 +hp could u please post it here... i can't seem to find it anywere...

ya you can flash cm is for gingerbread
but you may or may not have to partition your sdcard
First you will need to have ClockworkMod Recovery, version 4 or 5. I installed this veru ROM when my SGM had stock 2.3.6. You just need to follow the instructions on respective guide. On your case this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1344440
Yes you can use the cm7.2rc4 its a realy great rom that looks awsome, but you need to flash clockworkmod recovery fist then you can install rc4 via install zip from sd in cwm!!

yes you can. i also use same, cm7.2 rc4 on 2.3.6 and there is absolutely no problem and i also use a2sd darktremor with my 8 gb sdcard, it partitioned 512mb for sd-ext and rzr recovery.
2.3.4 is recomended

From what I have read, it doesn't seem that Android 4.1.2 adds much to the table from what we already have with currently Jellybean ROMs and Semaphore kernel has already been updated to the same Linux build as in this ROM.

Just search the thread of ultimate ROM.
Because it was a common issue there is every mod available for download
And if u want the status bar mod just try darboc's mod for xxlsc

There can be many reasons for ROM becoming laggy. Mainly i feel it happens when internal memory is not free. Try partitioning your sd-card and use Link2Sd. Or try a better CM 7 based Rom. U may visit my post where i have reviewed a few custom Roms. Here's the link

You'll have to give more info. How did you flash cm10? And from which source? It sounds like you still have a cm9 based kernel trying to boot cm10 rom which won't work, you need a cm10 kernel for cm10 rom.
