Finally figured it out you have to change the setting for swiping down to hide/show status bar

How can I set holo locker on my KFHD? When I download it it says "holo locker has stopped" thank you.

Rotate in app drawer

Is there a way to enable rotation when in the apps screen? Have root and exposed framework installed but can't see a mod for this. Thanks

You can install modified Home launcher and you'll have ability to rotate home screen and app drawer.
