yea, i noticed a strange thing here on gmini forums: if it's not stock or s2/s3 themed, then it's crap but seriously, this player is great I actually prefer holo theme over touchwiz, which looks kinda outdated to me

But this app consumes more ram and makes system laggy (you can notice while running song slide on different homepages of launcher of rohan's cm10.1)
While u can use google play music on market its smooth and better ui and no system lags
This is what i feel

This rom is good overall, but I find that whenever I'm playing music, there is a slight delay/lag if I switch to another application or even rotate the screen. I've read several posts about the same issue and the recommendation is to delete DSP manager. I did that, but it doesn't remove the lag. Is there anyone out there with a solution to this annoying lag/bug?
Yeah man! And if i use Overclock up to 604 Mhz for max The Camera is Flickering
I rarely take pictures but I listen to music on my phone a lot , so I would really appreciate a fix to this issue.
if you are using 604 Mhz, it's the default speed. not overclocked.

True. I tried that one too and its very smooth. I prefer crazy kp's cm7 music edition v3.0 though bcuz of the extra tweak settings. I flashed beats audio with it and I REALLY like how my phone sounds (especially through the earphones). Music coming from the stock earphones sounds CRISP!

I also tried music edition v3 by kp...i found it a bit annoying..because mebitek's rom is highly efficient evn though it doesnt have extra tweaks it is much stable than music edition and if you just install power amp with beat audio its equivalent to music edition...
One thing I noticed whenever I am a touchwiz based rom is that the volume out never gets loud enough.
When I use a cm9 based rom the volume is capable of going much louder. It must be touchwiz because my SG2 does the same thing.
Is there a patch out there or other way? I don't listen to headphones, but use a FM transmitter. Cm9 roms are nice but I prefer touchwiz.
Thanks in advance!

Ya that app doesn't work too well. I'm wondering if its something simple with the build.prop or something. That's the only reason I'm still on cm9

whatever is a flashable zip doesnt work! trust me!! you can either install noozy or eizo pro which are apks are universal and does not affect the kernel. Use those only.

I m using apk only.
From all the equalizers I have tried.
I really liked awesomebeats equalizer but sad we dont have it.
The best player I have seen better than google music is:
1.n7player ... love its interface.
2.poweramp
3.google music
Any good equalizer I can go with the n7player?

It is spectacular
I am in stock with poweramp and guarantee that just by installing cwm is working very well. Also tested without phones and soon noticed that the sound quality is far superior. Thank's for postage:good:

Yes i have tested it working loud AND clear
"- Where possible, arrange for the conversion of the songs (in background) below 256 kbps to 320kbps" lol thats the ugliest thing i've seen till now^^
If you really want to enhance audio quallity, buy good Headphones (no Beats or comparable) and use 10 Band EQ to tune the sound to what you like most.
Everything that's using Beats Audio is just messing up Audio Quality, its going to be far away from how it should sound, there are many reports in how beats audio works and how ugly it is, especially when using better Hifi-Headphones.
i flashed this and now sound quality is very good but volume is low ex. max vol on phone same as computer at 2/5 vol. normal? i think it were bit louder earlier. you feel same? Poweramp gain and direct sound made it better though.

As far as I know you will have to reflash your rom or restore your backup

thanks! I just flashed it and my music sounds a lot better, and indeed i dont have the noise anymore too.
I recommend you freezing it instead of uninstalling it straight.
To reinstall freezing is simpler too. Just defroze it and restart your phone.
However if you have uninstalled it you will need to reflash.

Dude, this isnt a sound enhancing mod for listening to music like pure audio is, this is changing the sounds the phone makes when you lock/unlock the screen, play with the volume buttons, touch the screens, type on the keyboard! the sounds you get from the ui not another soundmod for music!
