Galaxy s3 mini 4.1.2 stock rom

I use KIES and it says my phone has the latest rom.
My phone firmware is JRO03H.I8190XXALJL - 4.1.1 - Turkey
Can you help me with updating the latest stock rom (4.1.2) for Turkey. Because I dont know which 4.1.2 stock rom and ODIN suitable for Turkey is.
Sory for my bad english and thanks in advance for your help.

I did exactly what you said my phone's rom became 4.1.2 but KIES doesnt support anymore!!! So it means your sayings are not suitable for Turkey!

no my friend but when you download a different rom (for other region or country) you will lose the updates KIES provides,its not that big deal !!!

You reflash your original rom in order to revert your country's/carriers CSC. Only when Pda(the rom itself) and Csc are mached, then kies recognise your phone. To change CSC there are some apps in playstore for the S2 i think. Never test for other phones and one more thing. CSC change process will wipe your phone.

TUTORIAL – Instalando a ROM Original no Samsung Galaxy S3
Umas das primeiras coisas que faço quando tenho um aparelho cheio de coisas de alguma operadora das quais eu não uso e nem quero, é colocar uma versão original do Android que não nada disso.
Assim foi com o Samsung Galaxy S2 e depois o LG Optimus HUB e claro não poderia ser diferente com o novo Samsung Galaxy S3, onde agora vou apontar como colocar a versão oficial e sem customizações de operadoras no aparelho.
O procedimento é simples e rápido e segue o mesmo padrão do Galaxy S2. Pelo programa Odin você escolhe a ROM a ser instalada e manda ver, a diferença é o tamanho do rom, que agora no Galaxy S3 chega a quase 800 MB.
Arquivos necessários
KIES
Faça o download do programa para instalar os drivers no PC.
ROM Original Samsung Galaxy S3 do Brasil GT-I9300
Essa é a ROM limpa e sem a customização. .
Odin v3.04
Essa é a ferramenta que vai instalar essa ROM em seu aparelho.
O procedimento aqui discutido é muito simples e rápido. Se ocorrer algum dano ao seu aparelho causado por você logicamente não serei responsável. Apesar de fácil, faça com cuidado e por sua conta em risco.
Processo de instalação
Antes de iniciar faça um backup de suas fotos, videos entre outros. Pode ser que perca algum detalhe no fim do processo.
Para maior segurança, faça o backup do IMEI do seu aparelho e guarde para se caso um dia for necessário. Até nunca usei, porém não custa nada ter guardado.
Agora vamos limpar o seu aparelho. Faça isso no digitando o código *2767*3855#.
1- Descompacte a ROM – Você vai usar o arquivo com o formato que foi extraído
2- Abra como administrador o programa Odin e no botão PDA selecione a ROM original
3- Desligue o aparelho , vamos colocar ele no Modo Dowloand
4- Ligue o aparelho segurando os botões: Volume para baixo + Home + Botão de ligar
5- Aperte o botão de volume para cima para entrar no modo download
6- Conecte o aparelho ao PC, o Odin vai reconhecer o Galaxy S3 e irá mostrar porta ID:COM
7- Confirme se as opções “Auto reboot” e “F. Reset Time” estão marcadas
8- Clique em START e espere todo o processo terminar.
9- Após o seu aparelho iniciar faça o seguinte:
10- Desligue o aparelho e ligue da seguinte forma
11- Botão home + Botão de volume para cima + botão de ligar
12- Fique segurando o tempo todo até chegar em uma tela com algumas opções
13- Escolha o Wipe data e depois Wipe Cache. Isso vai formatar e limpar todo o seu GS3
15- Depois é só escolher reboot system now para ele iniciar corretamente

TUTORIAL:
Instale o TWRP v2.8
1-Faça um backup.
2-Use a mesma pasta usada pelo backup
3-Mova o conteúdo do backup baixado descompactado
4-Coloque nestas pastas:
TWRP>BACKUP>(números)
5-Observe que a pasta KIA20.70 deve ficar dentro da pasta numérica.
6-observe que a pasta KIA20.70 não pode estar compactada ou dentro de outra pasta KIA20.70 que acidentalmente pode ser criada pelo método de descompactação que usou no PC.
7-Reinicie em modo fastbootloader e entre na recovery.
8- Selecione RESTAURE e clique no nome KIA20.70. Aguarde o fim da restauração.
9-Pronto. reinicie e desfrute de seu KITKAT 4.4.2

DEU PROBLEMA NA INSTALAÇÃO DO UPDATE
É normal apresentar erro 1 ou 2 vezes, nesse caso tem que repetir o procedimento
RECUPERANDO SEU JELLY BEAN
Esse procedimento irá restaurar o aparelho do jeito que estava antes do meu tutorial, é necessário alterar o XML de instalação da Rom Stcok Jelly Bean 982.50.29.XT890.Brasil.en.BR (indicado o procedimento logo acima)
Abra esse XML com o bloco de notas e remova a seguinte linha:
Em seguida salvar o arquivo e iniciar o procedimento de instalação via RSD Lite
Ao término você terá seu Jelly Bean do jeito que estava antes, com todos os arquivos e programas que antes havia instalado
Para uma melhor organização, criei um arquivo com o passo a passo do update, existem imagens que ilustram o processo.

Have you tested airplane mode? It was buggy on the beta version.
Is there any issue with SMS?
Also volume level wasn't working as it should (on the fly).

Download is OK on Vista though I got a notification that Pale Moon (Firefox too) requires the Mega Add-on to be installed for large downloads. Don't know what's been backed up though and anyway I assume a straight attempt at an install would result in a hard-brick due to kernel issues and I'm not brave or foolish enough. (And don't want to be caught by Motos security, or to have to learn another language quickly).

No you can't. It isn't an installable zip, it is a twpr backup wich is not compatible, as i know, with cwm.

P1000L - Pc conection Problem: Upgrade without Odin?

Hello. I have a P1000L here and have some time has the problem of not connect more to the PC. And with that I besides not being able to share files easily, prevents me completely by putting a new rom. I have a 2.3.6, and would like to place any other that was not the operator. However, without being recognized by the PC, the Odin does not recognize and therefore can not find solutions to upgrade that are not using the program.
I believe that the problem occurred due to non-original cables I used to buy a new one, in order to charge the device. Today I have a unique cable, and it loads perfectly but does not connect the PC, making me wonder if the problem is the motherboard or plug (which I found to be a soldier discouraging me try to switch to see if solve the problem).
Basically what I wanted / need to know is: You can upgrade the P1000L directly from version 2.3.6 by default recovery?

Acredito que o problema ocorreu devido aos cabos não-originais que eu usei até comprar um novo, com intuito de carregar o aparelho. Help with recovery Galaxy Note 4

Boa me chamo Arilson e estou entrando em contato para pedir ajuda.
Seguinte – tenho um Galaxy note4 e estou com o seguinte problema : não consigo conectar o aparelho no pc pelo cabo usb (o pc não encontra o celular) e o aparelho não está funcionado (sem OS instalado) fui atualizar o twrp e o arquivo que baixei estava corrompido e brickou o aparelho. Acredito que se conseguir piscar um twrp pelo sd consigo piscar uma rom pois tenho tanto zto quanto custom nesse sd porém não sei se existe a possibilidade de fazer isso e não sei como, poderia me passar umas dicas para ressuscitar este aparelho por favor .
Detalhe já foi trocada a placa do aparelho na tentativa de resolver este problema

You need to be SURE about the model of your devices when you flash TWRP or custom ROM.
Try to put it in download mode. If it works , then connect it to Smart Switch on a computer and try to flash an emergency recovery.
If it works you will have a working device. Good luck.
