But, i don't know how.
And i want to keep my stock rom.
Can it works?

See SIRI kernel from ADI_PAT. But I think it is not stable still.

Yes you can. Over clocking is a feature if a kernel, not a ROM use the right kernel which supports with any ROM u want. Only Siri kernel has over clocking and it is still unstable so in testing phase(I tried the overclocked version, not very stable) so you have to wait.
And DO NOT POST QUESTIONS IN DEVELOPER SECTION! Now it is your job to send a personal message to a moderator and ask him to move the thread to Q AND A SECTION. That is where QUESTIONS should be posted!
OC isn't revelant to ROM.

Try supercharger v6 script first before trying to overclock it helps a lot with speed and battery life

Anybody who can help me to understand this better?

Well most of the ROM on this forum are packages that update your phone with some moded stuff (improved kernel, themes, some apps added/removed and launchers etc..).
Kernel are improved version of stock kernel (more ram, speed improvement, possibility to oveclock etc...
Launcher is the interface of your phone, what you use to naviguate in it, try one from the market and you will see or watch the screens

i have android 2.3.4 and it works with a little lag in games and in the menu.
i'm looking forward to put on it a custom rom.

You picked the good one, also try Marvel series. But looks you have not rooted your OB, have you? First rot then you will be able to install custom ROMs. Welcome in the group of a disroders .

but you don't answer to 2 questions.
it's better the custom rom or stock rom ?
will still move with lag in game and in menu with the custom rom installed on it?
and it have english ?

Absolutely, custom roms are a way better than stock roms and of course it has English.
Follow this tutorial in order to root your phone.

What stable roms are there now because i have looked and i can only find benz rom?
Also i have rooted my phone but i still have the stock kernal.
so how do i go about flashing the new rom?
Please help, i really want to overclock my cpu
My phone is a s3 mini i8910n on 4.1.2 xxamb1

You obviously haven't searched hard enough, there are a number of great stable roms now, as well as guides and tutorials on how to flash...search and look again

That's true, there's some custom rom available for your phone model include BenzRom of course. Just go to development section, you'll found them.

Be careful, your phone model is I8190N. Check again if the custom rom is for your phone model.

The rom i have found is [ROM][DEODEX][I8190/N/L]DMod v4 -- Galaxy S4 stuff - Extreme smoothness![23/04/2013] is that any good? and is it for my phone?

I tested it and it is great, it is for your phone which you can even see in the quote you posted.

I gave you the link with the tutorial you should use. If you find this confusing there is only one advice possible:
do not try to root your phone, stay on stock rom and be happy that you did not risk to brick your device because you were too lazy to read and learn.

As explained in Philz thread. Only use kernel that is for your rom. And the whole how to is in that thread.
Does LT8 sounds similiar to DXLR5? There are lots of kernel version in Philz thread. Cant find the DXLR5 kernel?
Edit: you even choose a different Android version for kernel. JB kernel on ICS? You are funny.

What I need you guys to do is.. reply stating a rom, its link and wether i should expect performance or beauty from it...
