[Q] Can I upgrade to ANY rom? [RTL support needed]

Hi all.
I have the following rom installed on my Galaxy S:
Model Number: GT-I9000
Firmware version: 2.2
Baseband version: I9000DXJPA
Kernel Version: 2.6.32.9
Build number: FROYO.DXJPA
PDA: I9000DXJPA
Phone: I9000DXJPA
CSC: I9000OLBJPA
I've heard that it is possible to install Arabic firmware and get full RTL support.
Can I do that on my phone? Can I choose "English" as interface, "Israel" as locale and still get good Hebrew (fonts+RTL) support?
Right now I can read Hebrew but with no RTL support.
Please tell me if you need more info to answer my question.

N7000 xxlb2 change to german 4.0.3

hello guys,
I lttle bit angry to my new note.
I bought it because I need to test the ICS hls video playing.
Now my model is xxlb2 which belongs to Norway or Sweden.
My question is can I load up the german version of ICS to my note without any problem?
Or its not possible?
