There is a very nice mod called BLN which lights up the touchkey backlights as a notifications led if your phone doesn't come with one like the mini doesn't. We need someone to add this to the kernal of their custom rom.

Currently my friend's Super Amoled screen have a blue tint. Last time on froyo, we used Galaxy Tuner to fix that. But now gingerbread is not supported yet.... So anyone know of a way to get rid of it again?
voodoo control ? im sure that works with gingerbread, but requires a supporting kernel, most kernels do support it, but double check

I love this ROM - but can't live without BackLight Notification. It does come on but only stays on for the configured time. Configuration doesn't allow for a "Never" timeout. I would like to have BLN stay on so that I know when notifications are waiting.
Is there a way to do this - anyone - in this great ROM?
Thanx.
I'm on Doc's V11 and it seems to stay on indefinitely with the original ROM configuration. I don't have BLN installed.
I have installed the miui mod a few days ago. It is wonderful but a lot of problems there are. I like its led notifications very much.
how can i make the led lights blink when there are a message, a notification or an event on zeus rom?
There is an app "LG Touch LED Notifications" - it was working well on our OBs which froyo, but on 2.3.4 Gingerbread it's not working well. Zeus is based on 2.3.4 (V20n/V20o), so the app is working wierd or not working at all.
As i kwon, there is no way to use led notifications on Zeus and other coustom roms based on 2.3.4.
so, should wait ics or stable miui. thnx
In cm7 leds notifications work

Multi window is not yet supported/ported yo our mini. if you are talking about BLN..stock kernel doesnt support this..youll need to flash ghe BLN kernel to acquire that functionality.

Question 1:
The Chrom Rom comes with LED support. I was wondering how to completely disable the LED. I made the LED color black in all the settings and then disabled both battery and notification LED options. When I connect a charger to my phone however, a green LED light turns on. How do I disable this if possible.
Question 2:
Which ROM would be the fastest and most stable. The stock kind such as Chroma or different ones like Cyanogenmod etc.
Thank You

Solution to Question 1:
You need to purchase franco.Kernel updater ($4.99 USD)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.franco.kernel&hl=en
-->In this app, it will give you the option to turn off the battery LED and allow a multitude of other features which make it worth the purchase.
Solution to Question 2:
No such ROMs exist. In order to make a ROM faster, use a custom kernel and oc it. All nexus ROMs are stable.

question 2.. no such roms exist. to make a rom faster, use a custom kernel and oc it. and all nexus roms are stable, unless the dev really messes up. all source is available for nexus devices, so no need to hack anything to get it working. since all source is available, all roms are stable.

Toggle the off button for both or set them both to black and it won't show the colors. It's as simple as that.
The green led is by Franco kernel. If you set it to black and leave the led on, it'll override Franco kernel.

I have attached three pictures, two screenshots, and one webcam camera upload to show the issue.
If I am understanding what you are saying regarding the options overriding the FRANCO KERNEL LED then is it possible the initial rom installation was incorrect?
Thanks
In franko.kernel updater paid you can disable the charging LED by changing it to 0 in the kernel options from the slide menu.
Thank you so much for those who have helped. The answer was however what @Beauenheim posted. I paid for the app and then disabled the given option. Thank You.
I will post the solution to the original post I made in case others want to see the solution.
