My mini has been recently Bricked after flashing recovery via flash_image. Can anyone help me? It shows no sign of life. FAST!

Can u boot in download mode, or access recovery (cmw)?

U can Go into Download Mode and flash a Rom via Odin
Keys for Download Mode: Vol.Down+Power+Homebutton

tel the exact command, cos i've been thinking of using that frm a long time but didn get to it yet.
did u do it frm adb?

Hard brick means service centre. Wish u the best

+1 say it just refused to work after you woke up or in the midday ;d and tell nothing about flashing or anything, simply play dumb

Try this
1 remove battery
2press volume down+home+power and insert the battery wile pressing it should open in download mode

No. But via terminal emulator.

Screen doesn't show up and Odin can't find the device. If emergency mode it will find but stuck at connecting.:sly:

would've worked (if ur cd'ing into all the folders u've posted).
But ur mistake i believe was flash_image recovery recovery_whatever.img

I believe it should only be recovery.img ..nothing less nothing extra.

It works I have tried it myself several times.
Additionally I had to activate the download mode of the phone manually.
---> with stock recovery, remove battery, Press power + Vol- ,
plug in USB.

Pattern Lock Problem

iam havin galaxy s3 mini and it is locked because of too many pattern tries and i dno m google a/c nor youtube. i tried bypassing it but couldnt!! atlast i thought of reset by entering recovery. bt wen i tried(power buttn+menu+vol up) it doesnt enter recovery!! i tried again still no gain. i kept holding fo few seconds it showd samsung logo and thn vibrate and again screen got off again logo...i released buttons, thn phone got ON. but didnt enter recovery mode 
any help?? i want to reset my phone because its locked..

if you dont have the stock recovery then try flashing through odin..and one more thing you posted in the wrong section.

Flash with odin a rom that has enabled the three button combo, there is a thread here..
Flashing with odin does not perform auto factory reset.

Actually i flashed a kernel. Unpacked the boot.img of mackay then copied the kernel file of it to the boot.img file of cm10 stable.

You flashed wrong custom ROM or wrong firmware? If you flashed I9070P firmware on I9070 phone - your phone is hardbricked. Maybe something like this can help you: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2701363
P.S. Now I see that on that link is question, not a guide...
Anyway tell what exactly did you do.

Are you sure you own an Samsung Galaxy GT-I9070 Advance?
And if you can not enter in DM, then you may consider to donate your phone to devs for experiments.

K...first i flashed the maclaw 4.4.2 rom....as it was not stable...so i decided to flash slimbean unofficial for s advance using twrp....i downloaded the rom...but the rom was not completely downloaded...it must be missing some files....but unknowingly i flashed the rom....stuck at boot,no DM,no recovery mode....three button combination didn't work..... I m screwed....

Installing custom ROM from recovery shouldn't touch part where are part with Download mode. Try to pull out battery and retry. What happen when you try to charge the phone?

Tried many times to enter download and recovery mode..switched battery out and in...but it just boot normally and stuck on bootlogo...charging is not a problem...it charges normally...with a charging animation....
