If it's just cm7.2.0, you should be in the old boot loader....gb never had the new one....but when you enter the recovery....either cwm or twrp it should be the grey color LG logo

If you are on the stock GB ROM on the old bootloader, just update using the LG Update Tool available on the LG site.
If you are on a custom ROM on the old bootloader, use AIO toolkit option 7 to flash the official stock ROM. If you read the post in the AIO toolkit thread, the link to the ROM file (kdz) is given there too.
Either way, dont forget to first take a full backup of your device

Its the first thread in the Q&A section.

How are you getting on?
which FTF should i use ? Slovak rep.(orange) and then...which KERNEL should i use if i want to install MIUIv5?
and i haven t even stared because of that
Any stock FTF will do.
Use a kernel that is compatible with MIUI. I'd suggest just using MIUI's standard kernel first.

Not yet, but Dark-L0rd bundled up a stock rooted/de-odexed 4.3 rom / method here (and it is for both locked & unlocked bootloader phones):

Once you have root you can uninstall all Vodafone apps and bloatware.
First we had plenty threads abt when 4.3 /4.4 or wisdom 1.0 would be coming to da world. Then we have even more threads abt 4.3 being here. Now we are going to top it up with 153 x asking in new threads abt the same question regarding rooting 4.3. :good:

Someone help me in this.

Please be less demanding. Your post comes across as both demanding and rude. People offer their help freely here, so you would be better to ask politely for help.
Having said that, you need to flash the correct version of DooMKernel for your rom. V16 is only for 10.3.1.A.0.244 roms. If you flash it on another rom, some things may not work correctly, like wifi.
Look in DooMLoRD's thread and choose the correct kernel for your firmware.

Use kamometoolv6a_kitkat tool to deodex your rom. download it from Cross Device Development Projects for Sony Devices section. run the bat file.
pull the files from your device, deodex it then make a zip and flash it. done!
