Only want to know which ROMs is faster and efficient for GT-I9305.
Don't want to bother your speed contest.

Hi, (have you ever learned to say "hello"?)
How your thread begin?
Just wondering how it goes on DC HSPA+??? Here in UK, Three is fastest so far... People with Nexus4 or Note 2 LTE getting DL speeds 15-20Mbps in many places!!
My best DL score so far just over 18Mbps

I only speak and made a link list of main benchmarks.
Nothing about speedtest (which only depends of where you are)
Nothing about Battery.
Now, if you don't want to waste space, stop your comments!
I also see your comment in A Flash Player thread:[APP] [12/02]Flash Player for Android archives

The difference with the thread you quote, there's no version of AFP and no update from 27th October 2012.

Poor guy...

Hi,
I wouldn,t say benchmark don't care anybody, but they are useless if not done with identical setup of installed apps etc.
Maybe it would be interesting to compare benchmarks after wipe and flash of custom roms with no additional sw installed. But for myself battery, wifi and other things are more important than max performance.

Hello Thanks for ur opinion! I think performance it's a good thing which merites to be posted.

Battery also drains differently with softwares and widgets installed. So you freeze bloatware and setup apps to fix autonomy.
It the same for performance. I try to get the best of my phone and AnTuTu help me to setup
Regarding modems, sure you can compare wich is the best but not with speedtest. So different results in 5 minutes.
But you can see which get the best signal in différent place
So it's not really easy to compare item... But enjoy to do it

I see now that the average age for XDA members is slowly reducing....this is quickly becoming a kids hang out. Kids feeding trolls and trolls feeding kids. What a sh!t hole this place has become.

Overclocking to 2100 or more

I've recently rooted my captivate with super one click root, fixed the lag with one click lag fix and downloaded setcpu to where with everything I've mentioned I upto 1910 quardrant score results. Though while I don't have anymore lag and everything is crisp. I have a goal of clocking 2100 or more... Safely that is. I would be most grateful for any help or advice. Thank you in advanced!

So you want to get your quadrant score to 2100? That is not clocking your CPU and many people have gotten well over 2100 with an EXT2 file. Don't worry about the quadrant score as it really doesn't mean much for the SGS phone.
So you want a big inflated number with no real world results?
Unless he wants to over clock to 2100 ghz....

Pretty much. Quadrant scores are meaningless but they kinda give a nice fuzzy feeling.
Anyways OP, Quadrant scores are not the same as clock speeds.

Holy s!#& I'm actually getting fast data speeds. Check in your speed test results.

On my galaxy nexus I always get 3-5mbps download on speed test.I switch my SIM card out and hit 15mbps in spring (north of Houston), Texas. Any one else getting massive gains? Who needs lte with gains like this. Will continue to test around Houston.

Got 13.74Mbps a few days ago, it's nice to see these speeds =) The places where I don't get high speeds are like in my apartment, where I usually have wi-fi.

Umm, I'm sorry, but multiple threads stating the same thing are not necessary. What you posted initially is more of a post under an existing thread rather than a new thread topic, even if smirkis did not put it in the best way possible. [RESULTS] CPU Binning

About a week back, I posted a poll here asking you all to check what type of binned chip you had. The results of the poll can be found here: http://poll.pollcode.com/qars3c_result?v
At the time I stopped counting results, there were 502 participants. About 100 were from /r/Nexus4 on Reddit, and the rest from here. Thank you to everyone who took part in the poll!
Anyways, if you want some visual results you can find them in this album here: http://imgur.com/a/6eCzh
Take from this what you will, but I believe this should dispel any rumors about the Nexus 4 using "leftover" or "cheaper" parts than the Optimus G. This is as much a premium device as it is. The super cheap price on the Play Store shouldn't fool you - that price is just because Google can make up the costs through getting you onto their Play and other Google services.
Thanks. Getting sick of people saying "Well *duh* they had to cut corners somewhere, so that's why the glass cracks, the impact zones are lacking, and my mommy's fat etc"

Nexus 5 User Benchmark Thread - With Added Competition!

So, now that a few of us are finally getting our hands on the devices, let’s get some proper user benchmarks going! Mine should be with me in the next couple of days, but hopefully there’s enough people with phones now to get a good set! Let's see how the snapdragon 800 with pure android compares with the rest of the pack...
EDIT - Let's get a leader board going! I'll only post scores backed up with a screenshot showing the score. (Yes, I know, benchmarks don't really mean that much...)
Geekbench 2 - 4,961 - Simms22
Antutu - 40,723 - Simms22
Quadrant - 30,497 - Simms22
Linpack - 1259 - Simms22
Sunspider - 536 ms (Chrome (/beta)) - Simms22
3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited - 17902 - Newbieandroid
Some suggestions to get going (obviously there will be more that people can run if they want)
Sunspider
GFXBench (GLBenchmark 2.7)
3D Mark
Google Octane
Mozilla Kraken
BrowserMark (2.0)
Vellamo
Linpack
Quadrant
AntuTu
Also it would be nice to see what the read/write speeds of the internal memory are like, so if anyone could post those up it would be great!

So you want to tell me that clocking higher like 10-15% S600 should match S800? sorry but but that's just not possible there is an issue with the N5 being tested imho, the S800 should destroy the S600 no matter of the cheats, they are equal on the graphs.

Not sure what your on about... The note 3 has a snapdragon 800 not a 600
Edit: Oh if you mean the s4, I believe that's the octa core variant not snapdragon. Don't quote me though
And let's not forget, Samsung and others put loads of optimisations for benchmarks that increase the scores, if you had the n4 I'm sure you would have heard of the dalvik patches from the s4? They increased benchmarks from 17-18 to 21k without any oc.

surprised people in this forum actually still believe in benchmarks.
the sammy phones as well as other brands cheat.
motorola and google do not 'tweak' to get better benchmarks.
Google crap always comes without dalvik and krait optimisations. Those scores were totally expected.

Please for the love of God, forget AnTuTu! It's easy to rig and it measures I/O, memory etc., and inconsistently, therefore it doesn't give usable individual benchmarks.
Nexus 5 owners need to run AnandTech's test apps, 3D Mark, Sunspider, Browsermark, Vellamo, Basemark, GLBenchmark, Epic Citadel and Google Octane.
