nope, it's normal for android 4.0 +
that's where you can find USB-Debugging and other stuff
Welcome to our forum I hope you will find what you need .
Don't worry , It's normal .
If it is a developer version you will find "not for sale" (or something like that) under the battery .

Nobody is suppose to answer you forcely. Who cares if you asked something? Why are you shouting ?
Have Patience. If someone have the solution for you it will be shared. There is no time limit. BTW if you can't wait you can do urself by editing android.policy.jar under system. Don't ask how to edit it. Google it.
PS :- This file works with LRK bt you can try and c if it works for you. Always have a backup before messing up with system. XDA is not responsible for any damage you done with your phone. By doing this you know the risks and doing it at your own risk.

can imagine.
download romtoolbox, it has a section reboot and from there you can select what you want.
That or flash cf kernel comes with cwm app from where you can do the same
That or download 15togles, its got a togle for reboot which allows you to choose a set of types reboot.
Many ways to get what you want.
You will find more apps on play that do the same.

Why don't you use the 15 toggle option... It has a reboot icon with all the three options u want and it saves the physical button being pressed a lot of time.

"Root". No reason to capitalize it. It's a word not an acronym.
I'm using the revolution rom xperia edition by kranti_ace. But the flashlight toggle is greyed out & I cannot enable it ( see screenshot ) . Can anyone tell me how to enable that toggle ? What files do I have to edit to enable it ? Thanks in advance !

I think it is set to false in some xml. If I could locate it, then may be there's a fix. Anyways, on a different ROM now.

Before I switch to Jellybean I had the same issue. I completely decompiled the framework and went through all of the XML. It's disable in code and there isn't any easy way to enable it without rebuilding the ROM.

May be you're right. I didn't find it anywhere in the framework-res.apk., I thought of searching it in systemui.apk but couldn't find it either.

Maybe you just reach the max toggles you have in the bar. Try to uncheck some and see what appens

Maximum limit on toggles ?! There's nothing like that. Haven't we seen ROMs with more than 14 toggles ? And besides, the toggle is disabled by default no matter what.
