Theres no method to unlock the bootloader but you can root and flash rom with safestrap after rooting.

There arent any recoveries other than stock. I think a safestrap twrp is in the works but dont know for sure

Read the Droid 4 Development forums more and look for the Droid 4 JB utility. That can do it. It should be the RazrBlade Method.

I was lucky enough to make Backtrack work on Atrix using ProBAM rom but I just not been able to connect to airmon-ng
