Do you know how to read? MIUI!!! And actually if you do some research it works on stock too, but you need MiLocker...
for stock and other custom rom, use MiLocker in order to make this things work,but im afraid it will be laggy..In Miui it works smooth.

The themes are for LG Launcher, which you have separately somewhere on Xda able themes work. Find the Launcher (v3, works on 4.4.2) and install the themes. It works.
