So I made Q&A thread for all my ports.
If you have an issue, try everything you can(reboot, wipe data/cache/dalvik AND SEARCH FOR SOLUTION)

I've always been a HUGE fan of high DPI and this ROM feels like made for me Apart from few annoyances like soft reboots, I'm thinking of making it my daily driver. Is there a way I can set 600px as default without having to manually apply for each application?

Has anyone else been having data network issues with Paranoid Android v1.4? My phone would drop data and only reconnect if I rebooted (most times, ). Thought it might be the radio, no change. So I flashed Spazedog ICS and everything seems to be back to normal.
EDIT: N/M, lost data today intermittently *sigh*.
Hey, I would like to create a Paranoid Android from source for the HTC Desire. I would like to know which donor files you had used in this ROM and how would I include them once I've synced the repositries?

Am I missing something here, or is the last update for the N1/Passion still stuck at 1.97 / 1.4?
Plenty of 1.991 updates on goo.im backup, but none for Passion

Best ROM for Galaxy 8.9 P7300

Hello,
what is actually the best and fastest ROM for the Galaxy 8.9 P7300 right now?
The browser isn't smooth at all with my P7300 HC3.2 and the webpage loading time is very high.
What would you recommend?
- Stock ICS
- CyanogenMod 10 by kallt_kaffe
- AOSP Android 4.1.2 by safariking
Does it also make sense to replace the kernel by IceBolt or A1?
These kind of threads violate the xda rules, sry mate, a mod pls close this thread.

Maybe it's againts the rules, but still i would like to know the answer.
If your still on hc any of them will be a vast improvement. Try stock first.

I am using CM 10.1 by C-o-M and I find it very good. Try it and you will like it very much
I have been on CM 10.1 for only a few days (from stock - first custom rom on this device) and it is really very nice. My wife has the Nexus 7 and its just as good so far. Really, totally sweet.
Try CM10.1 by C-o-M..... For me it's the best.
I have try stock 3.2, stock 4.04, AOKP Milestone 6, CM10 and CM10.1
The last is the most complete and fast!
I did not consider CM 10.1 beacouse is not easy going back to stock or CM10/CM9.
Now i'm on CM10, whose develompent is ceased. Scrolling between home screens is very laggy.

It's not hard to revert from cm10.1. It is just 5 adb commands listed in the 2nd post of the cm10.1 thread. It would take 10 seconds. Basically cm10.1 supports multiple users, so it sets up a directory for each. The default user is 0, so all of the normal folders on the sd card become subfolders of the 0 folder. You just copy all of the stuff from 0\ to the root directory and erase the now empty 0 folder.
Of course I have had no desire to revert because the cm10.1 rom is great.

[Q] How can i downgrade my Atrix HD back to stock so i can root it?

I want to root my Atrix HD so I want to downgrade to stock but i already tried to do the whole RSDlite thing and I have gotten nowhere. PLEASE HELP!!!
Its not yet possible to downgrade from JB to ICS. Once you're on JB and no backup of root from ICS you're stuck until further notice. Sorry for that.
You are not the only one...there are thousands of us with the same problem. nothing we can do but wait for a new root method. no going back to ics....sell your phone, buy a new one with ics on it,and go from there.

[HOW-TO] Use Droid Razr HD XT926 roms on Atrix HD ***confirmed***

Greetings from the Razr HD XT925 world. It appears that the Atrix HD is very similar to the Razr HD variants. I wanted to run the XT926 roms on my XT925 phone and was plagued with the same no WiFi and no LTE that you guys run into. I was successful in making everything work and thought you guys might benefit from it.

Hey guys, just try the instructions from the link I posted first. I'm thinking everything should work the same for the Atrix as it did for the XT925. If the WiFi files I posted don't work then you should be able to use the one from a working Atrix rom.
It has been reported that CM 10 will not work as the file structure is missing the folders that I reference.

same we gotta use the old ics camera libs (for anyone trying to fix it that doesn't know), and I think I'm going to port over "PACman" if no one else does.
The camera is working in the XT925 CM10 version I believe, but not in the 10.1. The CM 10 has bluetooth streaming problems which is why I haven't used it at all yet . I would assume that the working camera on the XT925 would mean it works for you guys?

Sent from my Atrix HD using xda premium
Please?
I know its the internet and all, but some manners wouldn't hurt...
It seems like things are going well here, if this keeps up, we might actually get a PAC-man soon enough...
Now all we'll need is a bootloader unlock and then we're set.
[EDIT] lol, took to long to reply...
So let me get this straight...
PAC-man =
Paranoid's UI coloring + hybrid engine
AOKP's UI customizations + hardware management
and
CM's Themes, DSP, and Lockscreen Guestures?

Hey guys so after days trying to fix the camera I bricked my phone and waiting for replacement now. ICS camera won't work I was able to get it to connect but then it would crash and the device would reboot. We need boot loader unlocked or 4.2.2 I'll be back to give it another try .

How do you brick a phone while on safestrap? I tried doing the same with JB libs and any crashes were solved by a simple hard reboot.
Which libs were you messing with?
That's odd. How'd that brick it?!
