Nexus 7 as a webcam - Nexus 7 General

Hi all
I do streams on twitch TV yet I don't have a webcam unlike all the professional steamers. So can I use my front facing camera as a webcam?

Video chat with PC

Is there any way to video chat to a pc using the front camera. Yahoo messenger works for the rear camera, and if oovoo worked on the streak 7, it would do what I want. But, neither works as needed. So what do I use? Video chat with the rear camera is just a waste.

Only via wifi as web cam. Search the market for web cam apps, and google for skype camera - webcam, there was some sort of driver installed then.
The result? Big lag, and too much efforts spent...

Streaming using Chromecast

Hi,
I have a chromecast and was showing my friend as he was thinking of getting a smart TV but would consider alternatives.
He watches Man Utd games and streams them all.
I was trying to see if I could do that with mine but had no joy, as the game appears in a pop up.
Is it possible?
Cheers

If using android then yes, I do the same thing but using a app called torrent stream, would use the website wiziwig for my links or the app itself for live sports channels. Using an app called bubbleupnp I can cast to my chromecast. This does exactly what your friend would be doing.

Use the photos app. It has native Chromecast support.

By that you mean its a smart Samsung TV. If so, ask yourself "how come this doesn't work natively?"
