Anyone who know how to create ftf file from OTA update, please pm me, i'll do something for us!

As far as I know it's only possible to make an FTF from the update files of pccompanion.

You can only convert to FTF from blob files I think, maybe you can share the downloaded update zip (if there is one)

Where to find update.zip, this update is of one member on my forum, now he's busy but will pm me in a few hour, if you have any ideas please tell me, I can tell him do something :highfive:

Lockscreen is not a problem! You can change it. Think about jelly bean xD

I dont know the default location, maybe root of sdcard or internal not sure.. I've never accepted ota updates so idk

Now, I'll update more screenshot, anyone want anymore please pm me now!

This is probably a development version though.
Can I contact him though somewhere? I can give him access to EMMA to check his customization and make an ftf.

Hey all ,
This simple script will replace all your odexed files with deodexed ones (all stock apps will be kept)
For Xperia V only
Requirements:
- Any recovery
Download:
For 9.0.1.D.0.10

No, not really.. An .odex file is "part" of an application, so if you delete these files the apps would no longer work

Doing that, you'd probably get a bootloop. Talking from experience here.

My CredentialManagerService.odex is deleted and rooted but relocked but I so will flashing using CWM will automatically install the CredentialManagerService deodexed one instead even though it deleted?
I think I might have unlock my smartphone as well again.
On my other thread I been looking to fix the download music info for the walkman app as unlocking bootloader loses drm key and also CredentialManagerService.apk/odex file problems.
Just download your zip file and opened it, notice there is no CredentialManagerService.apk in it.

What is the difference between odexed and deodexd files?
What i gain?

This one is the kernel one which I haven't tried caused I'm not sure how to use it (Also it has to have an unlocked bootloader):

[REQ] Core.jar | Gapps don't work?

Can anyone please provide his Core.jar under /framework? All of my GApps don't work (Gmail, Google Play, etc.) I think the problem is on that file.

Hi Danis, I have XV. is it possible to install Revelation HD ROM without flashing the kernel? i have .140 with unlock bootloader and rooted. THanks much

This ROM doesn't contain any kernel - it works with stock or any stock-based kernels like DooM or vKernel.
But that's off topic

Danis. I think there's an option for porting in the Kitchen. Have you tried that yet? I'm not sure though.
