Thailand is even worse no mention of windows phone 7.
The dealers I asked said next year some time WTF.
The only option will be to get a gray import and I am not keen on doing that.
well it would be july 2011 atleast , i bought HD7 from london and unlocked it, it works like charm. best bet is to tell somone from UK to buy one for you from O2.
HD7 is a rocket phone.

PM me if interested
Can you please provide me one unlocked HD7

I am korean living here in Austraila and my suggest is not to buy it as Korean version of galaxy note is carrier locked !!. They don't have UNLOCKED version at all.
So, don't waste your money and buy international version of note .
Mustang2012, oke i wont buy the korean model but is it possible to buy the international version sim free in korea or they wont even have that model ?
after reading and watching the "screen issue" on the galaxy note i have decided to not buy the device.

Hi,
I'm an old user of the Galaxy SIII I93000.
I sold my SGS3 I9300 few weeks ago because I wanted to buy the Nexus 4, but as I'm tired of waiting till they have more stock in their EU google play stores I was thinking about buying the Note 2 or SGS3 I9305.
But... where the heck can I buy the Galaxy SIII in Europe?
Thanks in advance

You can easily buy at eBay for 450-500 euros, just like I just did in Germany, because there is no in my country yet.

Only thing to check is what bands your network provider uses, and verify that the Xperia Z model you buy supports this, the reason I am saying this is that there are many people who are complaining about this.

Yep , I am on Go mobile network and that is no problem. The phone must be Unlocked and Unbranded of course. I think Amazon will be my choice since I encountered no one stating to have bought from Clove.co.uk....
I live in India and am planning to buy Z3C from UK as the prices there (Handtec or Clove) are at least INR 10,000 less than what I have to pay for it in India where it is priced at a ridiculous INR 45K. The Z1C is available for around INR 15K less than Z3C now in India and I'm wondering if this 15K difference is even worth it? Anyways, my friend who is coming from UK can buy it for me. Even if Sony India do not honor the warranty on it I think 10000 price difference justify my risk. I also see that Handtec gives 24 months warranty on it while I get only one year warranty in India.
My question is does the UK version that Handtec sell has LTE 4G and will that work in India? Is this exactly the same device as sold in India?
Thanks,

They are different. UK models are D5803, while Indian model is D5833. D5833 is the only model that has "2300 TD-LTE", which is used in India.

But, if I dont need the LTE 4G in India, I should be fine right? I mean will it have any effect on 3G connectivity in India? A such 4G LTE coverage is very limited in India and I live in a place where I dont expect to get LTE 4G any time soon.

Hey, I'm also from India and interested in buying the Z3C from Clove. Can you let me know how it goes? If everything works fine with our Indian networks.
About the warrany I sent an email to Clove and they said it's only valid in Europe. So that might be a problem but for INR 10,000 cheaper it's certianly worth it.
Thanks, hope you get the device and everything works perfectly. Please let me how it works out for you :good:

Please dont count on me on this. I'm still debating whether to purchase from outside and if so, from UK or US. I have decided that even if I am purchasing it will be the D5833 model, the one sold in India. It is available in US. It will be at least a month or two before I get these though. I am waiting for the prices to drop further. Meanwhile my three year old GS-II is still rocking.

BTW, I took the plunge finally. My friend purchased it for me in USA for US$ 515 from the Ebay seller never-msrp who is well reputed. That works out to about INR 31000. I bought the D5833, the model sony is selling in India. It will be at least 3 weeks before I get it though
