[Q] Milestone

I am facing many problem with My Milestone
Model: Milestone
Firmware Version 2.1-update1

I want to update latest Android but not able to do this.
System update not working, says This device is unable to connect to the server Try Again.
Also I am able to brows internet using browser but gtalk, or any IM cannot be login. Not able to synchronize also.
Touch pad keys like p, L, del not working although keyboard is working fine.
Please suggest how to resolve this issue.

Are you trying to do a OTA
Because it never works
Download the official 2.2.1 sbf for your country from here
http://and-developers.com/sbf:milestone221
And then flash it using RSD Lite
(Refer to "how to get back to stock" thread on the development section)

You don't have to flash anything to get the 2.2.1 update(official).
Go to motorola and look for the device and search update section.
PS: it needs to be done on a PC. There is no OTA.

There is no update from Motorola.. what is other options.

I am using MSU for update, but no update available.

Use froyo mod rom 2.2.2 android version.. i dont have any problem with my milestone

[Q] Urget! Need guides to install 2.2 Froyo! (p990)

My LG-p990 is 2.3.4 (Gingerbread) and I wanna downgrade it to Froyo in order to root it without the help of my PC. Can anyone here are give me the guides of installing 2.2 and the zip file? I really want to OC the phone

Look into guide on our section and there's how to flash kdz files woith froyo..

I don't know if you heard of a revolutionary thing called "search". Its even used by Google, the company that develops Android, the OS your phone is using.

Stuck on logo screen

Ok I need some serious help I downloaded a rom for the lg optimus 3D and didn't work so I went back to restore it to the stock rom. Afterwards it boots and sits at the lg screen I did all the proper procedures and mounting sd on cwm doesn't work so can anyone help.

Give more info like the ROM you tried what you were using before the ROM (like android version 2.2.2, 2.35, or 4.0.4)

Ok it was andriod 2.2.2 stock rom to a rom for optimus 3d cm10 nightly for p920.

OK you need to upgrade to gingerbread and there is a whole thread about cm10

Now I have a new problem I was able to install a new rom cm 7.2 for p925 which doesn't mount internal storage which is preventing me from downgrading to stock Tom please help.

link doesnt work ok i got pass the lg symbol issue but my real issue is the baseband version and when i follow the guide on how to upgrade to ics port my computer wont reconize it when in download mode.

go to download mode and flash the stock rom that can be obtained from the resurrection guide for p920 and su760

[Q] downgrade from gingerbread to froyo

Hi. my Samsung Captivate has Gingerbread 2.3.5 & I am unable to root it with Superoneclick.
Is there an older version of Superoneclick that will work?
If not, can I downgrade from gingerbread to froyo & THEN root with superoneclick?
Any advice is appreciated.

Update froyo to ics

Hi,
i just got the p970 for my dad,
and it has froyo 2.2.2 on it.
i tried update with 'LGMobile Support Tool' but i always get this massage in the process "Upgrade stopped due to an error"
how can i update ?

can i use SmartFlash and flash V30B_12.2012(EU) ? or i have to find an v10a firmware ?

It says in the description of smart flash tool that you are able to upgrade or downgrade so feel free to flash v30 firmware
