Sorry i can't help you with this.It depends upon the type of style you want in a Rom,you are on your own on this matter ...
And about internel memory almost every rom occupies the same ..Try extrim rom by (abhi922 & iamareebjamal).it is bareboned.so,i think it would occupy less space

Use the Link2sd app to extend your internal memory.
I use Ace-i-sure and I'm very happy with it, no memory problems at all.

yes i have tested many of them.

Have you tried the 4.3 camera? Do you find the UI better, or do you prefer the old 4.2/CM version?

I have noticed that the pictures are not so clear,maybe its only for me,just test it.

I have to uninstall the default camera first, or can I have both?

i have done the settings and i have previous camera not deleted.

Tried on L5 CM10, force closes. I guess it works on CM10.1, though.
Works on CM10.1. Deleted Gallery2.apk from system/app before installing. Haven't done the same on CM10, so it might work on CM10 as well.

Camera work in l3 with stck rom ??

Well I got random force closes/unresponsiveness sometimes when trying to shoot a video. Back to 4.2 camera.
